比斯坎灣希爾頓逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay)

非常古老和破舊的酒店。浴室裡有污垢。骯髒的熨斗毀壞了我的短褲，但酒店沒有人關心。要求換新的熨斗，1.5 小時後什麼事也沒發生。沒有洗髮精、沐浴乳等盥洗用品... 當我們預訂並支付灣景小型套房並付款時，酒店把我們安排在了錯誤的房間（公園景小型套房）。要求 100 美元一晚，實際上升級到了正確的房間。第二天晚上我們吵架了，他們把我們換到了灣景房，不收費，但接待人員非常不愉快。 強烈不推薦

地點很好，但是沒有早餐。他們提供優惠券。健身房設備齊全。

比斯坎灣景觀必不可少 完美的酒店位置

L’hôtel est globalement bien, mais le service de chambre est déplorable, donne un sentiment négatif et ne donne pas une sensation qualitatif à l’établissement. Ce n’est pas le service que nous attendions d’un hôtel de ce type, surtout quand celui-ci fait partie de la grande chaîne HILTON… Les aspects négatifs se portent essentiellement sur la propreté et le service de chambre. Le sol n’a jamais été lavé, ni même aspiré durant tout le séjour et les plans en marbre des lavabos n’ont pas été nettoyés non plus. Nous sommes rentrés deux fois à 17h et 18h et les chambres n’étaient toujours pas faites… Quatre dames de chambre pour faire deux lits, échanger les serviettes et recharger le café en a peine plus de 5 minutes. La climatisation est également à éviter si vous souhaitez dormir, mais les températures agréable nous ont permises de ne pas l’allumer la nuit. Autre exemple, nous avons eu deux bâtonnets pour remuer le café à notre arrivée, puis plus rien de la semaine, même en en réclamant, car pas de stock disponible. Parfois nous n’avions pas de sucre et/ou que du café décaféiné et devions aller demander du café « normal » à l’accueil. En dehors de cela, l’hôtel reste agréable, avec une belle vue, selon la chambre.

El hotel es espectacular muy amplio y cómodo, pero al ser tres personas necesitábamos el sofá cama para dormir pero era terrible y no hicieron el cambio a pesar de insistir en la necesidad de otro, un día antes de salida no hicieron aseo en el cuarto lo cual no entendimos porqué. En general la zona es súper recomendada, la estadía en general súper buena pero uno de los viajeros si no pudo dormir bien por el detalle que el hotel no solucionó. Igual lo recomiendo como una muy buena opción para ir en familia a Miami.

The hotel is obviously built cheap and cheaply maintained as we saw in at least 2 rooms. Accommodations and or services for handicapped people were not available or seen anywhere. The rooms were not clean and missing curtains so we could not sleep. Repair in the floor boards and bathroom were pathetically unprofessional. On top of that the pricing was high. The rest was OK

I reserved a Junior Suite with a Balcony and full Bay View and the view was HORRIBLE! It looked nothing like the pictures on the website! It was hardly a view at all. There was something large blocking the view which appeared to be dirty and rusty. When I spoke to a lady at the front desk she told me that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel and that the roof of the restaurant is what was blocking our view of the bay. She told me that the manager was gone for the evening and that she would leave a note so that the manager could call me the next morning. The manager did call me the next morning, right before checkout. It was a lady and I do not remember her name. She was not helpful to me at all. She told me that it was nothing that she could do about the roof of the restaurant being in the way of our view. I told her that I would be leaving this hotel a negative review and all she responded with was “Sorry.” This hotel was $392 for the night and I expected to have a good experience, considering the price. No one seemed to care about my issue with the room and I am very disappointed. The least they could have done was put me in another room with a better view. I really feel that something should be done about my stay. It really ruined my weekend there, as I traveled from Orlando. The photos on the website are very misleading. I contacted corporate and someone was supposed to reach out to me but never did. I am so disappointed in Hilton. I do not recommend this hotel.

Le service à la clientèle super et accueillant. Il n’avait plus de chambre que j’avais réservé donc l’hôtel à upgraded note chambre en une suite royale. Super pour un voyage de famille avec cinq personnes dont 2 enfants et ma mère. Petit déception les lits pas trop confortables.

我以前曾在這裡住過幾次，沒有遇到任何問題，但在新冠疫情之後，這個地方變成了垃圾場。 工作人員很粗魯，沒有興趣提供幫助。 辦理入住手續是不可能的，你不同意讓他們掃描你的指紋。您用這些數據做什麼？ 保全人員很可悲，讓送貨司機上來沒有問題，但不讓客人上來。 每次入住時如果不與保安交談，則無法在退房當天進入。 房間又髒又舊而且令人討厭。
