There was no one at the front desk at check in. We stood there for 20 mins, when a lady showed up carrying food and on her cell, walked by and didn't apologize for making us wait. When she finally started our check in the phone rang and she satrted taking care of them on the phone, making us wait again. A simple apology as she walked in and maybe a smile during taking care of us would have made me ignore her bad customer service.
