We were happy to have booked this hotel. Upon arriving at Miami International Airport, we went quickly to Door 5 on level 2 to catch the hotel shuttle bus. The wait was not long. Everything was smooth. We observed that the driver drove slowly passing every door and looked out if there were people waving to him. Such a great service.
The location of the hotel is good that we could travel by bus 7 to downtown Miami and went opposite direction to Dophin Mall.

When I was going to buy a soda from the vending machine and changed my mind not to, the vending machine had already taken 2 of a dollar bills. I pushed the refund button but nothing happened and the machine kept the bills
I went to the reception to report the case.
The man at the reception said there is nothing he could do and will hand it over to the next shift.
The next day, I went back to the reception only to find no actions were taken.
The following day, I went back to the reception again, and again, nothing had happened. This point, I gave up.
I know that the amount I had to give up was not a lot, but what upset me is that nobody from the hotel took actions even I asked the same thing 3 times.
Hence, bad service.
The hotel is quite old although it can hardly be notice at the lobby but only in the room. Clean and properly maintained. Breakfast menu is the same for 6 days - very disappointing! Not good for a longer stay maybe good for 1 or 2 nights.
