South Florida local I do staycations once a month for some random R&R this was my worst stay over the last 4 years of staycations! Rude staff neighbor was slamming doors all night I got zero rest and had to call for help I got zero empathy or support just a rude response! Supposed to get a room upgrade they didn’t do that and the comp wine I was supposed to get instead I had to ask for and was again greeted by a rude employee when they came to deliver my bottle! Stay at the EAST much better location and ambience plus staff are way more on point! I gave this place a chance to respond to my issues but they never did!

Pedimos una habitación y nos dieron otra adaptada para silla de ruedas realmente espantosa, rota, la ducha no funcionaba, el servicio pésimo, las instalaciones horribles. Además mi habitación tenía una botella de vino incluida la cual nunca recibí.

I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping was stealing things like our medicine from my husband and I’s room. We deliberately counted everything in preparation for the trip so we knew the exact amount. Pain cream was also stolen right from my nightstand. We could also tell that someone had been in our room again long after it had already been serviced one day. We turn off all lights but came back into the room hours later to have all the lights on.
