邁阿密普拉特亞Cala dels Vienesos附近酒店

很遺,這麼漂亮的酒店如此忽,它缺少全面的改革,主要是改變走的和房間門的開口,它們用開了,這已經很古老了。房間很乾淨,但走不行(子了,子滿了整個夏天的粉末 ) 。我覺得這家餐廳對4星級酒店來說有點公平。好處是,它很接近海灘,環境很美麗。房間的主廚很快。空調很好,雖然帶熱器還是好,但它已經過時了。

A little bit of luck was sprinkled onto our major road trip to Spain, because finding this gem online made an amazing two days for our family! We were actually scheduled for one night but were so tickled pink that we extended another night. We came at the right time because the price was on point and it wasn't too busy. This could easily be a five star place if there was attention to detail. By that, I can think of a few main points during our stay that just need to be addressed...1) instead of the hassle and delay at checkout, it would have been more customer friendly to have us pay the tourist tax fee for the extra day when we extended our stay and paid for it at check-in. (2.) The pool area is beautiful and obviously takes a lot of time and expense, but it was very obvious that the tile work of the pool needs to be fixed and repaired in many areas. (3) as a tourist, the trash system was very unclear. There were possibilities to separate the glass from the regular trash in some areas on the grounds, but otherwise it looked like everything was just regular trash.....with there being so much plastic trash there should be the yellow container to dispose of plastic trash. With this points, I do want to express that this was a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to others. I enjoyed the morning workout/dance class that was offered, the playground and children's activities are amazing, pool area was very enjoyable and we appreciate that there was a lifeguard, the view from our room, amenities, easy parking, restaurant on site was appealing (but we cooked in our apartment instead). Thank you for an enjoyable experience near the Mediterranean!

Nos alojamos aquí porqué íbamos a visitar la zona, y nos gustó que estuviera en medio de la naturaleza y que tuviera piscina climatizada, ya que para la exterior empieza a refrescar. Pero para nuestra sorpresa resulta que dicha piscina interior no está incluida en el precio (son 8€ por persona y día extras, niñ@s también), aunque ni en su web ni en Booking lo especifica en ningún sitio (únicamente en un papel colgado en la puerta de acceso a lo que llaman spa, que es sólo esta piscina con 3 chorros y una cascada, porque el jakuzzi no funciona). De todos modos, pagamos para disfrutar de ese supuesto espacio de relax... Hasta que niños y mayores se colaban, haciendo alboroto, así que fue un poco frustrante. El complejo, a pesar que de día parece que el lugar vaya a ser tranquilo y silencioso, la verdad es que por la noche ha sido un desastre: perros ladrando, portazos, golpes, cachondeo, vecinos ruidosos, arrastrando muebles, follsndo y de juerga hasta las cinco de la madrugada... Y la persona de recepción no ha hecho nada cuando fuimos a quejarnos. Hemos dormido fatal– bueno, de hecho, casi no hemos dormido, vaya. Capítulo a parte merece también el cuidado en los detalles: habían pelos en la bañera, algo seco en la cortina del baño, una sabana con manchas, los botecitos de gel/champú estaban visiblemente rellenados/reutilizados, la ensalada de la comida tenía hojas podridas... Los jardines alrededor, que en su día fueron campo de golf, agraredecerian más cuidados, y es evidente que las instalaciones en general han visto tiempos mejores. El personal es bastante amable, pero están visiblemente sobrepasados por el trabajo. Lo mejor: el desayuno, aunque no coincidía exactamente con las fotos en Booking. Menos para mí, que como celíaca sólo tenía panecillos a mi disposición, nada más, al contrario del resto de clientes, que disponían de croissants, donuts, repostería diversa, cereales y panes variados– y todos pagamos 12€, claro... Resumiendo: una pésima experiencia.

We visited in October 23 with my family and parents. We arrived quite late at night, and the first thing we noticed since we opted for the coach transfers is that it is quite far from the airport and pretty much the last hotel drop off! The entrance to the hotel is very nice and modern though please note you are not permitted to park outside, the cars need to be parked on the streets around. The receptionists seem reasonable, though a few occasions I was met with what seemed a fed up vibe as I requested for shower gel. The layout of the hotel room blocks are quite confusing when you first arrive, especially at night. It would be extremely helpful if the outside was better lit and had more sign posts. The rooms I cannot fault at all, very nice and spacious. The patio was slightly annoying in that it was constantly wet from the sprinklers and as ours was at the back we didn't get any sun and our swim wear was always slightly damp. Our party opted for the full board option. We were not aware that for lunch and dinner that even water was my included. The sign stuck next to the coffee machine indicated this was out of bounds for full board but there was nothing next to the water. When we were made aware the waitresses made a bit of a scene and the Worst of all was that from that day (day 2), we really struggled to receive any table service to order drinks! It seemed like there was a severe lack of staff and as a result 80% of our lunch and dinner meals we did not drink anything, which was horrendous. The food itself was quite good, a 7.5 out of 10. Onto the swimming facilities. There are I believe 3 swimming pools of which the kids water park one is outside the main hotel grounds. The sign post to this is not the clearest. Though it is a very nice water park for the kids so no complaints and the main swimming section is really nice. The gym is also well equipped for a hotel gym, though at times were overly crowded. The kids arcade room was seriously outdated and run down and was a huge let down, please do something about this. Cambrils- the town where this resort is is very small and quiet. There are not much shops there at all, so for a more lively and varied nightlife you will have to go to Tarragona or Salou. The hotel backs onto a very nice promenade ams beach which stretches I believe to Salou or further. We hired a big van which was our lifeline for keeping entertained as we like to travel and explore. Cannot comment on the hotel entertainment but the area where the main entertainment was is the outside bar area next to one of the pools where lots of folk smoke. Not the most pleasant. So much potential this place by needs a revamp in some places and more staff. 7.5 out of 10 for the hotel and for us the location was a 7 as it was very far out but at the same time very picturesque and peaceful with the beach and promenade being at the back.
