梅魯艾爾巴酒店(Alba Hotel Meru)

這是一家可愛的小酒店。房間乾淨舒適，工作人員超級友好和樂於助人。例如，我們不得不在最後一天早上很早就退房，所以工作人員組織早餐提前 30 分鐘開始，衹為我們！我唯一的小抱怨是沒有健身房（有一個可愛的室外游泳池）。我知道 htel 最近翻新過，最終會有一個健身房。

We were with a small group - and although I usually book my own accomadation to make sure I get a quiet room, I was very happy with the lovely, light and airy room that came with the group booking. The staff were welcoming, attentive, helpful and very efficient. The bed was super comfortable ( love the little hot water bottels in the evening turn-down!), internet was fast enough for zoom meetings and the breakfast was very good. I did not give the hotel 5 stars due to a ver loud Saturday night event that was rather a problem as it was impossible to sleep - but I have to say the reception were really good and moved us to another room. So my advice is if you are staying over a weekend. check what big parties may be on !

What a gem! Loved my room with a balcony, the food, wine selection & great customer service from the super gorgeous Beryl!! (She belongs on the catwalk in New York or Paris). She recommended a most wonderful meal during dinner (stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon, dripped with cheese). Oooh la la, say heaven on a plate! She followed through with an awesome wine option that I had to have 2...bottles! She is calm, well articulated & great company. Kudos Beryl, you made my sad trip to Meru (funeral) a worthwhile one. The hot water bottle in my bed, was a welcome surprise too!

Worst ever service I have received in a restaurant... took 30 minutes to take order, and another 20 to tell me the kitchen was closed. When I complained I was promised I will get room service but later told my preference ( chicken wings ) were not available. I gave up...

Lovely Hotel and staff. Clean rooms. The food was amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much and would definitely come back any day. I would recommend anyone to Alba hotel any day for room stay, hotel and use at the swimming pool.

Had a great time with my family. We have young kids below the age of 8 and they enjoyed taking a swim, playing the trampoline and bouncing castle while I worked out in the gym that is right next! Will definitely return!

Gorgeous boutique hotel located in Milimani Meru. From the location to the grounds to the decor and the rooms, everything has been thought and are functional and aesthetic at the same time. The staff are also very friendly. The fitness centre is small but very functional. The pool too is great! The rooms are beautiful and size is OK. Honestly you'd struggle to fault this place. Only letdown is the breakfast which lacked variety but was still delicious! Would highly recommend for business, couple and family getaways (there's a small trampoline and pool for kids to enjoy)

My last visit 2 weeks ago I was very sick. The Alba team lead by their Manager Geoffrey took care of me and even followed up after check out to ensure I was well. Their wait staff Robert and Rita were also very empathetic and ensured my meals were taken care of. No place like ‘The Alba’ in Meru county. Service is all about empathy and they got it right.
