米德爾伯裏萬怡酒店(Courtyard Middlebury)

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay given the price point. I wanted to flag that the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower was very comfortable and easy to regulate. The one thing that I would suggest you change is the brand of air freshener that you are using for your back entryway. It is overpowering to the point of forcing your guests to hold their breath while walking through that part of the building. I’m sure you can find a replacement that does not create such an unpleasant odor.

The staff was friendly and professional. Restaurant was clean. Food mediocre. Restaurant manager excellent, aimed at pleasing the customer. When reserving this hotel one of the eye catching amenities was the swimming pool. The website never mentioned the pool wasn’t open. Very disappointing. Please stress to your receptionist to avoid calling out female traveler’s room number out loud in front of other customers.

Hotel was nice and clean. Our king size bed with sitting area and fireplace is roomy and nice. Room could use a little updating but not bad. We got 2 key cards and one never worked and by second day, the other one stopped working also. Luckily my wife was in room when I came back from getting breakfast. Breakfast is not complimentary at hotel which was little disappointing. Staff was very nice on check in. Location is very good and Hannaford supermarket and MacDonalds and Gas station right across the street. Would stay again.

We loved this hotel. Especially Barbara at the front desk. She deserves a raise. Very hard worker. It was great being there for New Years and being able to celebrate in the lobby We were sad to say goodbye to Barbara

Everything is perfect. The restaurant/Starbucks are definitely a plus. The kids love the pool. Staying for a travel hockey game, going to be all rested up tomm at game time.

The staff are pleasant and helpful, the food options are very limited, the transportation options are non existent, the cost of the room was ridiculous for what it was. Rooms look great on the website, they don't look like that in real life. Disappointing to say the least.

My linens were stained and unclean. The front desk person was very attentive and took care of the matter but it was pretty disgusting.

Hotels - all of them - need to offer ways to recycle waste. As it is we return home with empty bottles and cups to recycle. Our room - there were 3 of us - was spacious and very comfortable.
