Got woke up early, with hammering, dragging sounds above us, very noisy sounded like work be carried out. First night. Lift lights went off husband had to pull doors apart, abit scary. Took the stairs. Reported to receptionist about noise and lift didnt seem too interested tbh, no feedback from.that. Next morning, 6.45am family next door kids screaming mother shouting at them. Came away very dissatisfied this time, not much sleep, due to noise.

Title speaks for itself. Our room had a window you couldn't open, meaning no fresh air could come into the room at all. The air con they had which was an supposed solution, left your room freezing cold as the heating option on it did not work for after you've cleared the air. Which after 3 nights you can imagine isn't pleasant. The bed was sunken in where it had been slept in so many times so it was a very uncomfortable sleep. Never seemed to a member of staff that wasn't bar or a cleaner. No main desk to help you with anything or attentive. I will say however, the bathroom and room was clean.

No sofa In room as should of been, makes on wall, flaking paint in bathroom ceiling, no extractor in bathroom, Aircon was making noises all night

Overnight stay in premier inn Middlesbrough,nice clean modern hotel ,typical premier Inn design ,comfy bed ,air conditioning in room but no opening window. Breakfast was nice good choice and fairly freshly cooked hot buffet items. Car parking spaces in Blue spaces(owned by premier Inn ) filled on arrival but easy enough to park using local authorities car parking spaces using Ringo(same car park ) cost about £8 for nearly 24hrs Well located for town centre and Riverside stadium short walk away . Mark off for parking and vending machine not working properly,lots of food options nearby in town centre or adjacent retail/leisure park

This Premier Inn is absolutely brilliant. An ideal location in the town centre and a short walk from the station. The staff are so friendly, approachable and helpful. First class service. There is a Cineworld cinema across the road. We had the Meal Deal and it was excellent. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in a Premier Inn, it was so nice and hot. Lots of choices like all the other Premier Inns but this one has the hot food lovely and hot. The evening meals were also excellent, lovely big portions and nice and hot. The room was lovely and cool and very quiet. Big thank you to all the staff, simply the best.

The hotel was closed exactly what you would expect from a premier inn. Comfy beds, good breakfasts and welcoming staff. , however just an observation from me. My room was on the first floor and as you looked out the window you had a bank of CCTV cameras on the adjacent hotels wall. Theses cameras were movable and looked straight in to my room when they were being repositioned. A simple fix would be a one way film to be placed over the glass and that would give your guests some privacy.

Excellent service from Jillian! Breakfast was the best! It is a great hotel, central location and super friendly staff. I will definitely return and I regularly use this hotel for business. Overall excellent.

Hotel lovely and clean, rooms very nice. All staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Kirsty is great and nos how to banter with people whilst not crossing a line. Would definitely stay again
