So we really wanted to like this place, it was clean, comfortable, had an outdoor pool. BUT it all started right when we got into Rhode Island. I get a call from someone at guest services who was extremely rude. She tells me that since they do a touch-less check-in I "forgot" to send her a copy of my ID and the name of the person I was staying with, and they were about to cancel our room if I didn't send it! I told her I wasn't aware at all that I needed to do that, but she said it was in the email. I assured her it was NOT as I read the email quite a few times since they have lots of rules at this place. She said nothing except to do it now (despite me informing her I was on a tour at the time). So we did. Then we get there, another woman (maybe the same one) yells at us for parking in what apparently wasn't the right area. The next morning, we go to use the pool at 9am, along with some other hotel guests, and we find out it doesn't open until 10 although the pool had already been cleaned and appeared ready to go. The sign inside the pool also said it was open from 8am-10pm. Check was also at 11...so I went into the office to ask and the lady there was so beyond mean. "DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 10" she said to me as if I'm dumb. I reminded her the people staying here are on vacation and how horrendous their customer service has been. She said nothing and just looked at me. Beware of the customer service, not friendly, not accommodating. Will not be staying here again.
