米德蘭南部I-20智選假日酒店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Midland South I-20)

Los empleados son muy sangrones especialmente los de la cocina se acababa el desayuno a las 9 y iva agarrar la leche despues de agarrar mi desayuno eran las meras 9 y la seńora me cerro el refri nada le costaba darme la leche si apenas eran las 9 mala experiencia y fuimos muchas familias y cerraron la alberca no nos volvemos anquedar ahi

The bed was very comfortable the bathroom floor was not as clean as i expected. I stepped on it with wet feet after my shower and saw how it was dingy. I didn't like the fact that i have to pay for parking, but only with my credit card not cash. That just complicates my expenses.

It was a great overall experience and the hotel was easy accessible off the highway!

Room was clean people where friendly. But if you pay 200.00 a night that should include parking.

The worst Holiday Inn Express I have been to. The hotel's area is industrial and feels unsafe. There was a policeman in the lobby when checking in, maybe as a deterrent to crime in the area. The front desk attendant attitude was unwelcoming and when asked if we could exchange room to a higher floor she simply said "your room isalready assigned". The noise in the bedroom from other rooms, both from the side and the upper floors didnt let us sleep, because everybody in the hotel had a late night party going on because it was Saturday night. Worst hotel experience ever, and the peice was so high for what we got. Stay away from this hotel.

Property is clean and the room was spacious! Desk help was so kind and welcoming!

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The hotel was in excellent condition and clean. I could not have asked for a better stay.

The price is insane for what you get. The area around it is super congested and hard to get to. The hotel has nothing special. The air was so anmoying because when it clicked off you could hear literally everything. You have to pay for parking and i understand why the amount of homeless people around there was shocking. It smelled wierd outside, idk just wasnt happy with the stay. One of the front desk got an attitude when we went down and asked for extra towels.

We were very impressed when we entered the hotel and even more so when we got to our room we haven’t stayed in a room that nice in years we have family in Midland and will definitely stay there on our next trip
