Had a lovely 1 night stay, top Marks to the wonderful staff all round. Made us so welcome and accommodating. Great Gym and Great Staff, Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Please add fan or air condition coz so hot when I enter the room the smell is not nice

一切都很好，除了房間景觀

我們住在這裡是因為我們要去外場音樂節，距離酒店只有很短的步行路程。 我們很早就到了，並且善意地詢問是否有機會入住我們的房間。工作人員非常樂於助人，並確認我們可以去我們的房間，我們非常感謝，因為我們需要去參加音樂節。 房間一塵不染，現代而且非常寬敞。有很多插座可以幫手機充電等。 非常需要風扇！ 唯一的缺點是羽絨被的厚度不適合這個時候。夏天穿薄一點的就更好了。我們整個晚上或多或少都在流汗。 我們肯定會再次留在這裡並推薦給其他人。

Ik had per abuis mijn boeking op de verkeerde datum gedaan( 1 dag te vroeg) dus moest een nieuwe kamer boeken! Aanbod: een family room voor 160 pond! Waarschijnlijk de slechtste kamer van het hotel; erg gehorig door het klappen van de deuren in de gang en naast de trap; tevens voor dit tarief weer een klein bed van 140-200cm met harde matras ; dus te veel betaald voor de kwaliteit… Terras was mooi aan de golfbaan en restaurant was redelijk qua kwaliteit; het hele hotel is behoorlijk outdated.. Kortom afrader!

Hôtel spacieux voire très grand La salle de restaurant est de l’autre côté de l’hôtel Deux réceptions … L’accueil est agréable et jovial La chambre est spacieuse et confortable La vue sur le parc est très agréable et vous donne envie d’une ballade à la campagne Cet hôtel appelle à y revenir

We only had a one night stay here, and have to say that I wish we could have a longer stay. The hotel is in a lovely location with a cricket ground and a 9 hole golf course. Also a short walk in to the forest. The room was very nice and clean. A comfy bed. The staff and great very friendly and helpful. But the best thing was the breakfast. There was something for everyone. Very good food. All in all a very nice and well run hotel

Our holiday started during a period of heavy rain and general flooding in the area. We arrived late evening, after a challenging journey, and found the superior room that we had booked to have a thoroughly wed bed and mattress because the hotel roof had leaked. The only room available was small with twin beds and very inadequate bathroom facilities for an older couple. However we were so tired we accepted the beds and repacked our cases in the morning to move back to the superior room when the bedding and mattresses had been replaced. On check out, the receptionist could not offer Best Western points or financial settlement to reflect the fact that we did not get what we had paid for, or that that breakfast was accompanied by hammering and music from renovation taking place. Any reflection on customer experience apparently required a conversation with a manager before recognising shortfall. That led to no action, which was disappointing and demeaned our stay.

Arrived at the hotel to find the heating in the room was not working, this was dealt with by the lady on reception who was very helpful by supplying a plug in oil filled radiator after trying to Bleed the radiator. The Dinning room was very cold and unpleasant to sit in, the food wasn't great however the staff were nice and pleasant. A lot of building work going on at present so hopefully the hotel improves.

Second stay here as convenient for family gatherings. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room clean, bed huge and comfortable. Shower worked well. Breakfast offering excellent as usual. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding at the hotel. We had a "Deluxe" room with a garden/golf course view. Room was huge , bathroom was modern had a shower with 3 heads ! Everything was really clean . Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Food was really good at breakfast, dinner and the wedding. Other positives are , really large free car park and good wi fi . No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Clean building with friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfasts. Good value for money. Nice venue for parties and functions. .................................................................................................

I’m here with a group of 37 passengers,the rooms are great the staff are lovely and friendly,nothing is too much trouble and the food is wonderful,what more could you ask for ,thanks to everyone for making this a great experience the area is outstanding,lots to see and do🙂👍

Overall, excellent hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, particularly when I was taken ill and required an ambulance. Lovely room and friendly environment. Food was very good as well. Good location for visiting Bath and surrounding areas.
