圖洛鄉村莊園酒店(Finca Hotel Rural Es Turó)

El hotel está bonito decorado y tiene posibilidades. Las habitaciones son sencillas como de pueblo sin comodidades.El baño es amplio aunque no tiene ganchos para albornoces o toallas solo un toallero eléctrico poco práctico. Fenomenal los artículos de aseo con acondicionador y crema para el cuerpo y otros detalles gustosos. La atención en la llegada no nos gustó pues a pesar de tener la entrada a las 15 horas que me parece increíble (con la salida a las 11.30) llamamos para decir que llegábamos antes. Nos hicieron esperar más de una hora sin habitación hasta las 15,cuando es un hotel pequeño y han dejado las habitaciones a las 11.30. Vimos que la recepcionista ponía bebidas y adecuaba los cojines de los sofás exteriores. Quizá el problema es que falta personal. Empezamos nuestra estadía ya disgustados. El spa es pequeño pero curioso y con encanto. Cuando fuimos a utilizarlo el jacuzzi barril estaba inutilizable de cómo de sucio estaba el agua.Deben cuidar esos detalles.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas debe tener unos minimos que cumplir, vas para relajarte y te encuentras con una fiesta con Dj hasta la medianoche (podrian avisar que hay una fiesta), no habia agua caliente en la ducha de la habitacion (su explicacion fue que si una habitacion llena la bañera de agua caliente el resto se queda sin ella), faltaban bombillas en la lampara, una luz del baño no se encendia, te quedabas con el pomo de la puerta en la mano (estaba rota), las cojineras de la cama descosidas…asi podria seguir un buen rato. Por el estado del hotel deberia ser de 2 estrellas y el precio de la noche no deberia pasar de los 30€. Decepcionante!

Wir sind spät abends erst angekommen . Trotz Küchenschluss wurde noch schnell für die Kinder etwas gekocht . Der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig. Am meisten beeindruckt die Anlage mit dem wunderschönen Blick .

Very pretty hotel with character. Very secluded from most things so perfect if you wish to enjoy your peace. Not so much if you are the type who enjoys going to different places in different regions unless you rent a car. Although our experience wasn't so terrible, we found the staff to be quite cunning in terms of organising taxis for us and delivering standard room service. When we tried to cancel a taxi, they tried to convince us we couldn't do so. We had to call the driver ourselves and he simply said "Yes, ok"; to us cancelling. When we tried to cancel via the staff, their argument was, "It's already booked so you can't cancel". We aren't sure if they didn't want to lose their commission with the taxi or something. However, they didn't make it easy for us to cancel within good time as we thought they would have. Additionally, the second we got there, they tried to cheat us into getting a hotel room which wasn't matching the one we thought we had booked based on the pics online. My friend had to INSIST they give us the more spacious room as that is the one she had booked for after looking at the pics online. If you have been to Mallorca before and know the place and customs well, this hotel might be ok. If you (like my friend and I) have never been and most likely need everything to be easily accessible and everyone as helpful as can be, don't go to this hotel.

이곳은 정말 아름다운 곳이에요. 직원들도 친절하고 레스토랑의 음식도 맛있습니다. 다만 시골에 위치해서 교통이 불편하고 (렌트를 하셔야 편합니다.) 룸 침실 베게에서 냄새가 나서 베개를 사용하지 않았습니다. 하지만 수영장은 너무 어름답고 곳곳의 선인장도 멋집니다.

El sitio esta genial, lo único que ayer cuando llegamos nos encontramos con niños y colchonetas en la piscina y hoy ha llegado un cumpleaños con globos incluidos de unos 10 niños de 11 años. Imaginar el dia de relax que imaginábamos tener. No se recomienda si quereis finde de relax.

Wir waren als Familie mit einem Kind da. Die Anlage mit Pool und Restaurant ist wunderschön. Sauberkeit und Service sind leider ungenügend. Junges und inkompetentes Personal. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Balkon gebucht, bekamen aber in einem Nebenhaus ein anderes nicht vergleichbares Zimmer mit Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse war noch dreckiges Geschirr von den Vorgängern, die Liegen sind schmutzig, das Zimmer war nicht sauber geputzt. Nach der ersten Nacht konnten wir auf unser Drängen hin ins ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer wechseln. Das Frühstück ist ok. Es ist aber alles in offenen Schalen präsentiert, so dass überall Fliegen drauf gehen. Am Pool hat man am Vormittag zu wenig bis keinen Schatten. Freundlichkeit an der Reception beim Auschecken ist ungenügend.

Accueil exceptionnel, lors d'une réservation de dernier moment, dans cet hôtel atypique et plein de charme. Le personnel est dans un esprit de service remarquable. Chambre extraordinaire, dans un lieu magique. Restaurant servant de bons produits. Oui, il y a d'autres touristes. Oui, il y a des enfants, qui jouent. Oui : l'hôtel est isolé en pleine campagne du sud de Mayorque. Et c'est bien. L'atmosphère est extraordinaire.

My partner and I have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay here! We initially booked into the villas owned by the same people a few KM away, but when we went to check in we liked the hotel so much we asked if they had any spare rooms. They managed to get our booking switched over with no hassle whatsoever. The hotel was amazing, the rooms was lovely, the pool area was a dream and the staff were lovely. We ate in the hotel 3 times (lunch and dinner), and also ate in their restaurant in Ses Salines one evening too, couldn't recommend it enough. The food in the hotel and restaurant were amazing, and the decor/setting of the restaurant is lovely too. We will definitely be returning!
