This is just about the only hotel in town so it’s the only option when I am in Milan for business and Ive stayed at this location every year for over a decade. The stay was unsatisfactory because the elevator broke twice and it was very challenging to carry suitcases, hanging clothes, laptop bag and a cooler up the stairs. Rooms have no refrigerator. Also the shampoo and body was bottles are mounted 6 feet from the base of the tub. I am 5 feet tall and could not reach the pumps. The bottom of the bottles were over my head. Same with the shower towel hook. Totally unusable. As soon as Milan has a Fairfield inn or holiday inn express, I’ll be staying there, and I’m a Hilton diamond member.

Kind of disappointing for a Hampton Inn. Needs a bit of updating. Clean , if you don’t look in the corners. Bed comfortable and clean. BUT - the coffee service, ice bucket, and cups were kept on the bathroom counter. This is unsanitary and frankly yucky . Needs to be changed. No refrigerator in the room

Needed to visit some family nearby, and this is the only "chain" hotel in Milan. Could have stayed in Jackson, some 30 minutes away. It's unfortunate that so many of these chain hotels don't get any proper inspections from the franchisor. That's the only thing that can explain the inexplicable. The usual Hampton Inn by Hilton amenities all worked - selected a room during online check-in, the electronic key worked on the door, terrific. Room was mostly typical mid-America Hampton Inn. Bathroom was clean and amenities normal. I almost always now pull the bedding to look for bedbugs. This room was clear, but I've had a couple issues recently that have made me more aware. Only problem was so obvious I wonder how no one reports it. I've attached a photo showing the condition of the carpeting. Carpet was mostly pretty filthy; walking around without socks got my feet pretty dirty.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when in the area. It is always very clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. The pool area is nice and clean. For breakfast they offer a nice variety and the coffee is excellent. There is ample parking and easy access.
