皮阿內爾10號夢想公寓式酒店(Dreams Hotel Residenza Pianell 10)

Un lieve ritardo (4 minuti) non mi ha permesso di alloggiare in questo hotel. Nessuna assistenza o flessibilità nè tantomeno la possibilità di avere un rimborso, da parte del personale o dei numeri che avevo come contatti. Capisco la rigidezza applicata come stile di gestione ma in ottica cura dei clienti la cosa non è apprezzata per niente. Ovviamente cancellato da qualsiasi opzione di scelta futura.

A primo impatto vedi tutto bello, poi scopri che il lavandino del bagno è otturato, le dighe del letto sono rotte, l’acqua della doccia quasi che non esce, in cucina apparte qualche pentola non c’è neanche un tovagliolo per asciugarsi, neanche uno strofinaccio per pulire le cose di cucina

This place is a total scam! whatever you do, do not book from here! Booked a room via ***********, I gave my preferred arrival time (21h - 22h). Booked an apartment and had a confirmation mail (20:38). at 20:46 I receive a mail from the owner that it is not possible to checking after 21h... THEN WHY DO YOU ACCEPT TE BOOKING IF YOU CLOSE IN 14 MINUTES!?? I did not know this at first because I was driving my car and they had the checkin so far from the apartment!! I arrived around 21:15 and nobody was there. I called the owner and he said "wrong number'? that arrogant little man has no shame! I called *********** to complain and ask for a refund, they said that they can't help me and that only the property owner can refund me without a penalty fee... this is a scam!! I have opened a dispute via Paypal, and if that doesn't work I always have MasterCard who can save the day.

Reclamacione: We booked your residence by ***********, and only after to make the reservation and the payement we received the note that was obligatory that make the check in at 21h. We send imediatly a message maybe after and we arrived at 21h05 at the office. The 2 girls stay with insed with closed store and ignore us completly. I work at 12 years in tourism and it's not acceptable. I know the rules are to be respected but it's a shame to have this kind of attitude!!! We are talking about 5 min, an already payed apartement. It's not not the way of winning money. It's very sad. We stay outside to check and the bigger shame that was that your emplyees call the agency to get out of the office to take them out. Melanie

Unreasonable property and people running it. We paid for accommodation and they would not let us check in after 9pm due to a late flight to Milan. They were not helpful and did not care and did not want to help us solve the issue. They have taken out money and not refunded us.

Fraud. Reception is in another place, 50 minutes away from the apartment. They require a credit card to secure the booking which was not stated on *********** Save yourself from this scam! Staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. The apartment was smelling of cigarettes

Never again! The stuff was extremly unfriendly, not cooperative. Didnt let us change booking details and didnt trust us, because they THINK they cannot believe us. Never had such a bad experience in a accomodation.

Od samego początku były problemy ! Lądowaliśmy przed godziną 20 więc po odbiór kluczy (który odbywa się w galerii handlowej) mieliśmy być chwile po godzinie 21 i tu pojawił się problem bo recepcja do 21 a panie z recepcji (zresztą bardzo niemiłe) nawet nie próbowały znaleźć choćby jednego rozwiązania żebyśmy mogli te klucze w tym dniu odebrać i na jedną noc zostawiliśmy bez noclegu. Na drugi dzień kiedy już mogliśmy odebrać klucze okazało się że właściciele mieszkania odwołali naszą rezerwacje ale wciąż kazali nam zapłacić za wszystkie 3 noce pomimo tego że rezerwacji brak i finalnie spędziliśmy tam tylko 2 noce. Co do samego mieszkania, zdaniem pana z recepcji miał być to „special apartment” i nie bardzo wiem jakie standardy miał pan na myśli ale napewno nie wiązało się to z niczym pozytywnym. W mieszkaniu bardzo dużo zniszczeń, brudny piekarnik widać było że nie został umyty po poprzednich lokatorach, naczynia brudne, na pościeli dziwne plamy niewiadomego pochodzenia. Brak kawy, herbaty, płynu do naczyń i kilku innych rzeczy które moim zdaniem powinny być obowiązkowym asortymentem takiego apartamentu. Kolejną sprawą jest papier toaletowy, na trzy dni na pięć osób dorosłych dostaliśmy 2 rolki papieru a kiedy zadzwoniliśmy na recepcje pani oznajmiła nam że musimy sobie go kupić - co jest żartem bo to są podstawowe rzeczy w wyposażeniu jeżeli ktoś decyduje się na wynajem takich apartamentów. Oprócz tego apartament na pierwszy rzut oka nie wygląda najgorzej ale można by było dopracować pewne rzeczy. Plusem tego mieszkania napewno jest osobne wejście. Ogólnie nie polecam strata czasu i nerwów, napewno w Mediolanie jest o wiele więcej lepszych miejsc od tego.

Ho soggiornato con un amico in questa residenza, pernottando per due notti in un appartamento deluxe (due camere matrimoniali, bagno completo e salotto con angolo cottura). L'appartamento all'ultimo piano è molto carino, confortevole, pulito e dotato di set asciugamani completo. La posizione per noi era molto comoda, in zona si trovano diversi bar per la colazione. CONSIGLIO: dotate la struttura di accesso con codice! È estremamente scomodo dover completare il check-in al centro commerciale distante chilometri ed essere legati ad orari limitati. La maggior parte delle strutture di successo, al giorno d'oggi effettuano check-in online e gestiscono gli alloggi tramite codice. Modernizzatevi!
