天鵝絨灰精品酒店(Velvet Grey Boutique Hotel)

Ottima posizione. ma la qualità di Hotel era come un B&B, Ci dava fastidio l'odore della vernice.

水平確實很低。不存在的服務的極端價格。房間就像一個墓地利基，價格相當於杜拜的套房。與所提供的服務品質相比，價格荒謬。當我到達房間時，我認為這是一個笑話。相反，它實際上是付出了高昂的代價。

We got the terrace suite based on the pictures and several reviews. I must say, the photographer was very talented and must have had an amazing lens. The photos made it look spacious and nicely lit. The actual room was more like a college dorm room than a “suite”. Having said that, it was clean and safe. But the “suite” was definitely what we expected.

Wonderful stay at modern, prime location V-G Hotel. Great Air conditioning, elevator and best hotel shower ever. We stayed in room with the terrace and loved spending time enjoying the sun and the view while toasting our stay with excellent, Italian wine. Easy, safe 10 minute walk to Duomo area with lots of good restaurants. Public transportation (metro, above ground trolley, and buses) convenient and easy to navigate. Trolley to dinner in Navigli was great way to see the city outside the central area. Definitely will stay at V-G next visit to Milan.

We were so impressed with the location! We could walk to amazing restaurants and shops, the magnificent Duomo of Milan, and the train stations are short cab rides away from Velvet Grey. There's a bakery meters away - the croissants alone were worth the trip to Milan!

Ok value. Much room for improvement. Great location on the main shopping street! Good sized rooms but there should have offered more amenities in the room like: slippers, paper towels. There was a coffee machine which is nice, but the coffee capsules were really bad quality. Also, there is a lot of noise from outside and you can hear everything from the other rooms.

Superb location for those interested in exploring the bustling streets of Milan.

Lovely staff, great position in fashion central…… would love to stay longer!

Location was hard to find. Phone operator was hard to understand and had me walk around a few blocks with my luggage in rain. Very nice location with friendly staffs. Cozy rooms that could use better sound proofing from the hallways.
