克萊裏奇精品酒店(Clerici Boutique Hotel)

L'hotel è situato in una stradina stretta e quasi priva di marciapiede. C'è una sola persona alla reception ed è sola in tutto l'hotel. Al nostro arrivo, quindi, nessuno si è premurato di aprire la porta e prendere le valigie, ma fin qui poco male. Nella hall era presente un forte odore di profumatori per ambiente utilizzato per coprire uno sgradevole odore di fogna persistente e più forte nella zona ascensore (e al suo interno). Ho prenotato una stanza Superior con Terrazzo. La stanza era piccolissima dal momento che lo spazio destinato al terrazzo sottraeva spazio alla stanza. A malapena ci si poteva muovere in due nella stanza. La prima notte l'abbiamo passata al freddo perché il climatizzatore non funzionava. La mattina dopo, a colazione abbiamo comunicato la cosa alla reception che era già informata dal momento che lo stesso problema lo avevano avuto nella stanza accanto ma hanno pensato bene di non informarci. Hanno risolto con una seconda coperta e uno scaldaaria da bagno, di quelli piccolini, insufficiente per la stanza con un soffitto a falde molto alto. La colazione è appena sufficiente, senza nessun piatto caldo e praticamente tutto confezionato (dalle due fette di torta ai pancake. Il personale è gentile ma la struttura è troppo costosa per quello che offre. Esperienza da non ripetere.

I don't know if the hotel is any good but I would rather have avoided paying for a hotel and wasting six hours trying to get a refund when they cancelled at no notice. I still haven't been refunded and am still chasing ********** but ultimately it was the hotel that accepted the booking and then cancelled it as I was pulling up outside... worst hotel experience ever...

非常靠近大教堂和布雷拉購物區，這是一家小而時尚的精品酒店，提供令人愉快的服務和乾淨的客房。我在米蘭的時候還會再去！

新且非常舒適的酒店。位於城市內，位置特別好（距離大教堂 5 分鐘步行路程）。 工作人員非常友善和樂於助人。

地點優越、迷人的飯店。裝潢很原始，房間很寬敞。工作人員非常熱情和令人愉快。早餐還可以，其他就沒什麼了。唯一的缺點是隔音效果，你會聽到關門聲和人們說話太多。

完美的中心位置，靠近大教堂和斯卡拉，但仍然很安靜。乾淨現代的房間。

飯店位置優越，但最重要的是接待人員彬彬有禮、細心周到。

My boyfriend and I traveled to Milan for the weekend and booked a room here based on the reviews (especially reading about the cleanliness). The day we checked in we went to dinner and came back with ants all over the bathroom floor. There was an ant trap already in the bathroom when we arrived. Not to mention the AC didn’t work and by morning , we woke up with ants in the bed and within the sheets! We called in the middle of the night to complain and only a desk guard was working and the only solution he would give us was putting another ant trap for the night until someone could help us in the morning. I was so disturbed I immediately packed up and checked out. The woman at the check out desk said she had to charge us she wasn’t a manager and she was sorry for everything. However she said as soon as Monday would come around the manager would refund us! I have called and discussed the situation with the hotel and they have refused to refund me and have blamed My boyfriend and I for leaving out in the room which is why the ants came. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!! It is disgusting horrible service. Bugs infested. And thieves !!! Stay away from them !!!
