This property canceled my reservation, claiming that I failed to make the required prepayment within a mere 4-hour window. However, I did send the payment to their account and even notified them via email, stating that the funds would be available in their account within 12 hours due to international policies. Unfortunately, I received no response to my email. To make matters worse, the room rate for the same reservation has been increased to nearly three times the original amount, indicating that this decision was solely driven by a desire for commercial gain. Despite three months having passed, they have not returned my money.
