Tutto ok bella pulita apartments anche ingressi, cortilebell vista 🥰,reception ragazzi erano molto gentilissimi, condizionata funziona benissimo, in appartamento ci sono anche asciugamani , caffè ,biscottini acqua, tè, shampoo tutto gratis 🤩🤩🤩🤩

This apartment residence is located a few steps from Duomo and via Torino. The apartment we occupied is on the 4th floor of an old but well-kept Milanese building. We loved the apartment and the location, and the staff was helpful and handy during our two day stay. Everything could have been perfect until the day we left and forgot an Apple Laptop behind us. As soon as we arrived back home in Switzerland, we called and WhatsApped the staff, but to our great surprise and disappointment, the laptop was not found hence, missing from the apartment. The staff at the reception now pretends that we lost it elsewhere, which is just a way in my perception, of saying we are lying, when we perfectly know (2 adults over 60) it was never in our luggage and didn't move from the apartment. The apartment was apparently cleaned right after our check out to be rented to new customers the same day of our departure. This kind of unfortunate incidents happen too often in Italy, and for your information, it is seldom that police investigate such “insignificant matters” although the laptop was over 2000 euros cost. And by the way it is not a matter of insurance, as the laptop was not insured since it never leaves in normal days the office. This was an unfortunate exception to my great disappointment.
