While it is close to the city, and you can walk there, it is Adelaide, and the main road is busy. Also there aren't much in the way of restaurants in easy walking distance. The motel wasn't all that bad though. It was pretty comfortable, and the rooms were clean as tidy as well.

The first thing that's good about this place is that it's on the bus line from the airport (I didn't realise this until I saw the street sign). The staff were very helpful & the room I had was clean & practical. The only drawback is that you're aware you're near the airport due to the planes overhead (thankfully Adelaide airport has a curfew)!

Good points: Very friendly & helpful office staff; our room was spotlessly clean and looked recently renovated/painted; very handy to public transport, CBD & airport; price very reasonable. Not-so-good points: Parking space is very tight, so if the motel is full and several guests have large cars then manouvering a car can be difficult. The flightpath is directly over the motel: didn't worry us because we didn't go to bed until after the airport curfew (approx 10:30pm); but if you want to go to sleep early you will need ear-plugs. Overall, it was very good value for a budget motel: we stayed 3 nights and would definitely stay again.

Good customer service. Manager specially came after hours to provide me fresh milk and sugar. Clean room.

A major letdown, but then again, you get what you pay for. Incredibly noisy because of the low overhead air traffic and the main road at the front door. Major privacy issues because ill-fitting roller blinds are installed instead of curtains, and car-parking issues to round it all off. And how can one forget the sheer lack of basic amenities, all of which makes the whole experience akin to a stay at a dormitory than a decent motel unit.

This is the only motel /hotel anywhere in Australia, Asia, USA, UK, and Europe, however cheap or remote in location, that did not offer a hair dryer or iron and itoning board. Also the window shuter didn't cover the window properly and anyone can walk past and look into the room.

The hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The motel was clean and there was free parking. The rooms were clean and had a fridge, microwave and toaster. Would recommend this motel.

Room was ok but between 6am and 11pm planes fly over nearly every 15 mins

Clean, basic room. Straight forward with no hassle. Great location close to Thebarton Theatre

People in room above me were noisy, coming and going at all hours, planes loud coming into land. Staff very pleasant, and convenient location near airport

Staff very friendly and helpfull. Property is old, however just had a makeover to modernise some areas.

I took a chance on this motel as I was needed a last might booking. I was greeted with friendliness and made to feel welcome from the start. Everything was explained and also sent to me in a text. Which was good because I forget things. The room is basic but was clean and comfortable. Nice big shower in a bathroom which was also very clean and amazing shower head. Couldn’t see a Power point though but there’s one on the wall in the main room and I made it work. Nice smelling body wash and hand soap. There’s also a nice little outside area. It’s in the flight path of the airport and overhead planes may be an issue for some but I loved it. Close to city and airport and plenty of places around to get something to eat. If you want somewhere to put your head down for a reasonable price, come here.
