Our two nights in the Sonesta in Milford MA were very disappointing. When we returned at the end of the first day, the dirty towels were still on the floor of the bathroom where we had placed them and the bed was unmade. When we called the desk they said that service "was on demand only". Why were we NOT told this when checking in so that we would have rehung our towels after using them and my husband would not have had to go down to the lobby at 10PM to get us fresh towels? In addition, the carpet in the hallways looked dirty and old, and paint was chipped on the walls in our room.On the positive side, the staff was very polite and helpful in getting our towel situation solved. Property not worth the price.
