灣景金旅館(Kinn Guesthouse Bay View)

Overall a very good stay. Location was very good for our needs. Able to walk to stores nearby for a quick bite to eat. The room was a good size and overall very nice. Bed was a little soft for my liking. Not sure why it said breakfast included on website. The only thing they had was coffee, tea and packages of oatmeal. Not exactly what I would call breakfast included. But there are locations within a 3 to 5 minute walk that did offer breakfast choices. I would stay here again when visiting Milwaukee.

Great location and Sorella’s is an amazing place to eat. Our room was extremely clean and cozy and the area was quiet.

I usually don’t post negative reviews but I can’t not warn people about this place. We stayed for one night at Kinn Guesthouse Bayview. The refrigerator was broken so we lost all of the food that we had for our trip and our leftovers from the Public Market. We had a toddler with us so food is crucial! We wanted to shower the night we arrived but could not due to BLACK MOLD inside and outside of the shower. That’s disgusting and hazardous! You could see where they painted over the mold but it grew right back! We would have really liked to shower before getting on the road the next day. As we were packing things up the morning we were leaving, our toddler opened the bathroom door (which we kept closed with the fan on the whole time-black mold) and then closed it, the door came crashing down and landed on the side of the bed. That was terrifying! He easily could have been very hurt. My husband put it back up there but realized the door was missing a piece that was needed and that’s why it fell off so easily. We contacted Ewvin the property manager to discuss the three issues and he was quick to get off the phone and said he would go look at the mold and get back to us after speaking to the owner. He never called back. We reached out multiple times with calls, voicemails, texts, and emails. He completely ghosted us. How shady.

A little gem in a great hood….. loved the concept. The manager was easily accessible when we were initially challenged by the entry code but would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous little place with real brick walls and a really nice community living room/kitchen area if you want to step out of your hotel room. Downstairs is a delicious italian restaurant as well.

We never were able to find this booking so we thought it didn’t go through. The day of the booking we got our first contact from them and by that time we panicked and booked another room.

Fantastic and unique. The room had such a fun atmosphere and decor. We had a few questions on arrival, and they were promptly answered even without someone on site. The common areas had high quality appliances and were exceptionally clean. Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs to navigate. It was not a problem for us but could be for some.

Fully stocked with everything you would want including filtered water in the fridge. Would stay here again!

The atmosphere was wonderful with the high open rooms, the kitchen and the neighborhood.
