Beautiful stay before flight out of mke. They have a shuttle and parking. Close to airport for early morning flight.

The property is close to the airport and convenient; the staff are friendly, and efficient, however one would need to confirm that they did hear you if you make a special request (e.g. for late checkout) AND that they note it properly.

We came as a family with 3 little boys to spend 1 night, but unfortunately the experience was not great as the room was smelling cigarettes when we get to the room and again multiple times during the night. I called the reception and he told me that he is aware about this but not sure how to solve this or smoke coming from where and he can not offer another room due to unavailability. He was aware that I have kids and do not to get them exposed but offered no solution. We find also some cereal/band aid on the ground of the room. Otherwise breakfast is very good and we did not explore other prospective due to short stay.

Staff goes above and beyond. Hotel is very close to MKE. Transport to MKE is great. But, hotel looks worn. Elevator was creaky. Coffee maker didn’t work. Surrounding area has distribution warehouses and a cluster of budget airport hotels, and very limited food options.

My flight coming in was late and delayed, but the shuttle driver was prompt and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. It was a short stay, but ill definitely be staying there again in the future.

I couldnt hear a single thing outside of my room unless someone was right by my door. Its right down the street from the airport and the shower was really nice. If i had anything bad to say its that the sheets werent the most comfortable. .

Staff was welcoming. George the assistant manager was always kind and smiling any time we saw him. Maid service was satisfactory. Room was comfortable.

The rooms are gross and need to be renovated, especially the bathrooms. There is mold, wallpaper pealing and only one roll of toilet paper that is partially used. Not sure why light switches are from the 80s. Same is true of the shower handle. I personally would never stay here again.
