For a 2 star hotel, you get exactly what you pay for. So while I can’t complain, just know what you’re signing up for and don’t have above average expectations. Had no issues with staff and appreciate the well lit parking lot with cameras (we’ve had our car broken into multiple times in MKE so this meant a lot to us). Room was decently clean but dog fur was very much present as well as someone’s hair on the pillows.

I have been here twice and the people are very friendly and very helpful. If you need anything, they will help you out, if possible. It's very quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, and there is a variety too.

Everything was fine, only thing we really didn’t like was we arrived 2 hrs early at 1pm instead of 3pm, they wanted us to pay 30$ to check in early. Not great customer service to charge people 30$ when a room is available and nobody is using it. Because of that we won’t be returning. Overall it was fine tho

Everything was great!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and pool and hot tub was clean, conveniently enough for the kids. I loved it! Plus the slots were a plus

The hotel had no running water the middle night of my stay. It was also very noisy. I could hear the man on the other side of my wall talking in the phone and it sounded as if he was in my room. Kids running up and down the halls at 10pm. I was there for work and hard to sleep because of noise so late.

Very attentive front desk staff. Needed a cell phone part shipped from Amazon, delivered with no problems. Would stay here again.

It was a decent stay. At check out, We felt like we was being put out LOL. The housekeeper knocked on the door at 10:57am. We were getting ready to leave but it was kind of weird, especially when we actually left the room and it was 3 employees standing there waiting on us. It was also weird when we took the shuttle from the airport and the driver DEMANDED a tip. I mean he didn't even give us a chance to tip him. Then he felt a little ungrateful once we gave him a $5 bill. Needless to say, we took an UBER back to the airport upon checkout. We enjoyed our brief stay, but staff could use some customer service/hospitality training.

No running water on the entire floor but still checked us in to that room, and did not mention anything about having no water at check in. Ran into another guest from our floor who said they had been without water for hours and the front desk staff kept saying oh just 15 more minutes, just 30 more minutes, etc. We checked in after a long day of driving, went to the room, checking in alone took around 20 minutes. Attempted to wash our hands and found no water…. Grabbed our things and left immediately after. Property was dirty. Overheard the guests who checked in ahead of us come immediately back down complaining their room had not been cleaned at all. Disappointed in the experience especially for $150 per night. It wasn’t even worth $15 a night. Will not return.
