The hotel was great! Staff was amazing, and everything felt clean. I gave 4 stars because we really wanted to rent a movie and their tvs were outdated and couldn’t accommodate that. Included breakfast was great, location was awesome. We were a quick 3-5 min drive from third ward, and had awesome restaurants within walking distance. The lobby eat in area/coffee area was very large and updated. Downfall is parking is a separate 25$ charge (another reason for 4 star). But since you’re in such a great location you save money on Ubers out on the town!

So hospitable and a wonderful stay! Staff was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I cannot express how much everyone, from front desk, bar, kitchen, cleaning crew, EVERYONE, was amazing! Love the vibe of welcomeness that drury plaza gave. Also so clean and comfy. Felt so very comfortable in our clean and gorgeous room. The drinks and apps are such a nice treat. Looking forward to staying again. You do have to pay $25 for parking garage, but I must say the service and extras are worth it. Thank you Drury Plaza. Such a lovely stay!

Was surprised when we arrived in late afternoon to find a free buffet of tasty foods awaiting - from nachos to pulled pork sliders to baked potatoes. It was perfect for a quick meal before a concert at the conveniently nearby Riverside Theater. After the show, the hotel had a cozy bar/ kitchen open for drinks and dessert or pizza or tots. Breakfast was also very nice. By the way, the rooms and hotel were beautiful, too!

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. The whole staff was great amd so friendlybthe entire stay. The room was ok. Small ish and our view was a brick wall but that's ok. We werent in the room much due to activities. The manager cocktail hour was good and provided us with a break.

Very nice rooms. Location is great One block away from the Pabst Theatre. Close to Milwaukee Public Market and the Third Ward. Evening happy hour sufficed as a light and full breakfast made this hotel welcoming and affordable. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Plan to stay there again

Easy checkin…nice area….$25 parking(not a fan..but)…room was well appointed and clean. Nice size bathroom. Bonus points for the free evening eats and three free drinks per person. Breakfast buffet at no cost as well. The food, drinks and smiling staff makes me think I’ll be back. Honestly pricey(for me). Oh and we can’t forget the $50 deposit. Overall 3⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is clean and well maintained. Although our room was a little small, it was very comfortable and well lit, with a beautiful view of the river and bridge. (Make sure you ask for a room with a view.) The breakfast was excellent. They had a wider assortment of foods than most hotels, and everything we tried was fresh and good. The evening buffet was not good, with most choices over cooked and extremely salty. But it's free (including alcoholic drinks), so I shouldn't complain. And if you don't have time to go out for dinner, you can get a quick snack here.

The hotel overall is beautiful and in a wonderful location if you’re looking to do activities downtown. You can walk to the public market, or to miad if you’re visiting a student. The room we stayed in wasn’t very clean, there was blood on the bottom of the bed frame, which made us think the worst… but that wasn’t the case. The bathroom in the room we stayed in also didn’t have a fan? So whenever someone used the bathroom or showered…. Yeah that wasn’t super pleasant. The kick back perk is really cool though! Three drinks per adult plus free food, and the breakfast isn’t half bad either. Overall it was a nice experience.
