I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would stay here again. It looked like it was newly renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is perfect , parking is in a garage across the street and many bars and restaurants are within waking distance. Very good value for money!

We stayed for the Taylor Swift concert so rates were very high, as I expected. However, there was what appeared to be blood spatter on the wall and ceiling above the bed. When I told the front desk, and provided a picture, the employee appeared to be just as horrified as I was. However, she only comped our room $50, which seemed fairly minuscule compared to the price of the room.

Hat alles funktioniert und das Hotel war sauber und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Für den Messebesuch der CBC liegt das Hotel an optimaler Lage. Alles konnte leicht zu Fuss erreicht werden. Kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen

Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, from the smooth check in process, the clean and lovely decorated corner room with comfy king bed, the accommodating and helpful staff, and the cozy lobby with the friendly bartender/waiter at Six 15. Four nights went by too fast. Hope to visit again!

I came to the Hyatt Centric in connection with an event at the Minneapolis Club a block away. The travel getting to Minneapolis was dreadful, and I was later than I expected to be, and my roommates arrived before me. Luckily, the hotel worked with me to make sure they would be comfortably roomed even in my absence, and we were very well taken care of while we were there. We loved the room and its decor, and its number of amenities, including a fully-loaded bathroom, which made comic con prep a breeze. I considered knocking one star for a seemingly non-functioning shower control, but I did not independently verify it, and a tub was available for bathing, so it did not ultimately impact our stay. Very grateful for an excellent second stay at the Hyatt Centric, and I will definitely be back for a third stay.

The accommodations were amazing and the staff were genuinely friendly and their service excellent! The food and drinks were delicious and I felt quite at home and taken care of. The room was so spacious and beautiful! Plus it was centrally located and everything I could possibly need was accessible. Access to the skywalks felt like an adventure. Will definitely stay here again!

big thank you to Philipe at check in! Absolutely gorgeous Hotel, parking right across the street was $60 for the weekend, helpful bell staff. Booked a beautiful corner room with tub which was much needed after a full day in heels. Thank you hyatt staff!

Clean, updated, with a responsive staff. Walking or uber/taxi distance away from many cool sights. Would stay again and recommend it to other colleagues/friends.

I pick hotels by the quality of their gym. If you are like me, this hotel is great. I also rented a suite which was very helpful for my business needs.

This hotel is ridiculous. Rooms are dark. Total lack of windows. Changed rooms and it's the same. Feels like prison. Depressing. Food is delivered in a cardboard box. Barely edible. No soap in the bathroom. Couldn't get any delivered. Front desk staff seem apathetic or inexperienced. No acknowledgement of globalist. Had to explain to front desk staff what globalist status entitlement was. The entrance to the hotel is stairs with no one to assist with luggage. I can't wait to leave. There's got to be a better choice in this city.
