明尼阿波利斯凱悦酒店(Hyatt Regency Minneapolis)

I spent a scant 9 hours at the property. I was told since I was just going to spend a short time there that I would not be charged for parking $25. When I left the hotel and attempted to put my parking pass in the parking exit it was rejected. The Parking company said they had no arrangements with the hotel for that waiver of fees. I just think if I was told by the desk host that no parking fee would be charged. Disappointed to say the least

Roach in my room hair all in my tub and sink pillow case ripped staff treated me very poorly had me feeling very uncomfortable and my daughter got charged for things that was included in my stay such as breakfast and I'm a Hyatt member the lady didn't even add my Hyatt rewards on file I will not ever stay or continue my rewards with Hyatt HORRIBLE SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE

They charge a $100 a night “incidental” fee that I was told would be refunded once we checked out and it’s been 2 days and I still have not been refunded. Will never choose this hotel again, staff was also very rude about the situation. Also not kid friendly at all, pool is only for fitness and restaurant was more or less a bar, the waitstaff ignored us and food was horrible.

The area, was to be expected, the property itself was nice and the staff at the front desk was polite, professional and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing for a Hyatt property. There was hair on the floor in the room that didn’t not match us (looked like someone shaved there galea’s and no one vacuumed). There was also hair in the bathroom and yellow stains on the bed sheets.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Amazing gym facilities and the best breakfast buffet of any restaurant we have ever had. The only negative is the lack of decent parking, especially for trucks. $30 per night at the adjacent parking garage added a heft expense to our vacation.

Love this hotel. Love that there is a cafe. Restaurant/ bar and seating area to relax/socialize in. The food use to be better. Mocktails were delicious. Workout facility is nice. Carpet had some dirty areas, room was dusty and window was not cleaned. But overall... still clean.

This property is somewhat isolated from food especially for breakfast but the food and service in the hotel restaurant was outstanding. All staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I would have liked concierge service. I did not see a dedicated area for this service. It would have been nice as I was not familiar with the area.
