Highly recommend! Staff were helpful and super friendly!!! Rooms are clean and comfortable. They have the option to park and fly. Will definitely be staying here again!!

The staff were all amazing! The room was nice. Floors needed a good vacuum and mopping. But everything else was Amazing!

Dirt area to get into hotel parking, broken chair and lamp in room, dirty fridge, lumpy bed, and breakfast area dirty and not stocked.
The evening desk clerk was great though.

The Quality Inn was anything but quality: the first room I went to smelled so badly of smoke I had to ask for another room. After going back and forth from the third floor to the front desk four times, the second room never opened (the clerk couldn’t get it to open either). The third room smelled like urine, was gross so I slept in the chair because the bed stunk. The elevator looked like had never been cleaned or swept. In the morning, after waiting until 6:20 in left without breakfast or coffee because the never opened.

The shower head was coming out of the wall so the front desk moved us to a new room which was nice. We got a roll away and the mattress pad had a few stains on it so we didnt use it and put extra blanket on mattress. The french toast at breakfast was hard around the edges.

Went to a dirty room first. Then front desk disappears and I wait 15 minutes to get another room. That one had bugs. Whole place is run down and dirty

The fellow at the desk, I think his name was Vincent was very rude and arrogant. If I had an employee like him, he would have been fired on the spot. You don't need somebody like him greeting guests. The hotel itsel was not bad at all
