Not very attractive totally uninviting entrance way . The room very tired and dated bathroom sink felt really grimy had to clean it as it was awful to the touch. The pillows were exceptionally hard woke up with awful neck ache even the spare ones were of the same quality. Saw the chambermaid and got some additional ones but not like the usual premier inn pillows. Got soaking wet walking to restaurant and not good if you use a wheelchair. The breakfast was so cold they took it away and probed the temperature agreed it was cold and brought us a hot replacement breakfast ,however we had already had toast and were leaving the restaurant so politely declined and cancelled our breakfast booking for the next morning. The waitresses work extremely hard and did all they could for you.

The accommodation was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. There was secure access to the hotel and all rooms had free wi-fi, coffee and tea making. Easy and plentiful parking and check in, with the added bonus of adjacent restaurant (Table Table) and also a McDonalds.

Where to start. Checked in and was given one card to share. Got to the room and we had no milk, so I went downstairs for milk - taking with me said card and leaving my husband in the dark. Got back to room to discover no sweetener. Took single card, went downstairs to get sweetener, leaving husband in dark. Went for dinner, was nice, came back for a shower to discover one towel only. Husband went downstairs for a towel, refusing to take card and leave me in the dark. Husband asked reception for another card. The person on reception had not had the required training on the new system, so could not make the card. Husband explained, he had left the card in the room and needed to be given entry back into the rooms area. We both showered to discover that the water pulses between warm and scold ever few seconds, which was not appreciated. Bed super hard - what happened to the lovely Hypnos mattresses?!? Why would you get rid of these, when it was the one major thing that sets you apart from other large hotel chains? Madness! Neither of us could sleep, as pillows way too hard. Husband gets down the other pillows, which should have been soft and cosy to discover that they were in fact, also two more extremely hard pillows. Husband literally didn't sleep all night and got up like a cripple the next morning, due to the horrendously uncomfortable bed. I woke with a really bad headache, due to the rock hard pillows that later resulted in a migraine (thanks Premier Inn!). Both of us jumped into the shower again, to be reminded of the pulsing warm/scolding water. A burnt backside is not a great way to start the day! What should have been a pleasant night away visiting family, turned into one of the worst nights away we have had in a very long time. We always stay in Premier Inns where we can, as we know what to expect. If this is what we are to expect moving forward, we will not be staying with them again I'm afraid.

Stopped here on the spur of the moment as visiting family nearby. Automatic check in was easy, room was nice, bed comfy, and very quiet. Visited pub next door for supper and equally happy. Only negative was the dodgy smell in the ground floor corridor, but overall nice stay and would stay again.

Had a great stay here, the beds are comfy and the TV is great. However door cards were not working. We was asked to leave our door on the latch and would be let in by the staff. I declined to do so as valuable items were in our room. Also our room was quite dusty and I am sensitive to dust.

The room was small for a family but adequate. The temperature in the room was unbearably hot, the minimum the air con would go is 18 but it was considerably warmer than that. The windows don't open which is not unusual but the overall temperature made sleeping very difficult and we spent as little time in the room as possible as it was so unpleasant. We ended up taking the duvets out and just used the sheets but it was still too hot. Reception staff were friendly but unable to help. Would not stay here again because of it

Everything was fantastic! It was the first time we had ever stayed away on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and the staff at Ramsgate Premier Inn could not have done anything more. The girl at the Check-in desk on Christmas day (evening) was friendly, cheerful and helpful. I was very surprised at the kind gift of shortbread and biscuits on arrival, a lovely gesture and even more surprised to find colouring sheets, crosswords, paper chains etc (my youngest loved these), chocolate and more biscuits in the room! There was even a Christmas card for us. Such kind gestures made us feel very welcome. Add that to a very clean and comfy room of generous proportions, lots of hot water, a kettle with plenty of tea/coffee/milk/sugar available and our stay was everything we hoped for and more. We all had a great two nights sleep and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Premier Inn we will be staying with you again!

Return trip - as always good welcome and comfy stay - quiet and good nights stay - as a solo trip felt safe and room secure - near to all the places I wanted to visit. No noise from the road - only short trip to shopping hub

Ticked all the boxes. Great parking, early check in with ease and polite staff. We were at a wedding so didn’t spend much time at the hotel however had a great nights sleep and very quiet. Didn’t even realise it was pouring with rain outside.
