Extremely disappointing experience for a supposed 5-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, there were issues. The front desk couldn’t locate our reservation and questioned whether we were at the correct hotel—despite having a valid confirmation. On the second day, the shower stopped working, and after multiple calls, it took 45 minutes for someone to arrive, only to tell us it was a hotel-wide issue. Service throughout the stay was consistently poor. Breakfast was understaffed, with long waits and cold food. The “heated” pool was freezing, and service there was nonexistent. The spa lacked basic amenities like lockers, and we were unable to use facilities without prior reservations—even though we had a scheduled massage. Room service was unreachable (we had to go to the lobby to order), and even simple requests like bottled water were mishandled. The front desk was also unhelpful when we asked for assistance arranging transportation. This is far below the standard of a 5-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
