我平時很信任Radisson但是這次失望了。房間和早餐都很一般，服務非常差，服務人員不是想辦法協助客人解決問題，而是不停的製造麻煩，想辦法多收錢，名字叫Claudia的主管, 以及兩位前台Jhoel, Karim，都是這樣的員工。
周圍環境也不好，説是富人區，但路邊有很多尿漬和怪味，對面的小木橋上面經常有一些奇奇怪怪的人，感覺不太安全。
在miraflores區有很多酒店可選擇，我以後絕對不會再住這一家。
I usually trust Radisson, but this time I was disappointed. The room and breakfast were average, and the service was abysmal. Instead of trying to help guests resolve their issues, the staff constantly created problems and tried to overcharge. The manager, Claudia, and the two front desk, Jhoel and Karim, were all this type of people.
The neighborhood wasn't good either. It's supposedly an affluent area, but there were urine stains and a strange smell on the street. There were also some strange people on the small wooden bridge across the street, which felt unsafe.
There are many hotels available in the Miraflores area, I definitely won't stay at this one again.
