天堂海灘俱樂部酒店(Paradise Beach Club)

I had a lot of fun in this wonderful hostel, and its name indicates its place and its beauty. And all of their currency is hospitality and generosity, especially at the reception, Mr. Bimsaras and his elegant colleague, who has experience in managing her reservations at the hostel. The room is beautiful and the morning breakfast is for all tastes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to sweet Mirissa.

Seit mehrere Jahre kommen wir zum Paradise Beach Club. Perfekte Anlage, schöne Zimmer, sehr freundlich, Service Leistung unterschied , aber insgesamt sehr gut. Es handelt sich um keine Luxushotel, normale Standard Hotel mit sehr, sehr tolle Anlage, schöne Pool, sehr sehr gute Essen. Man fühlt sich hier richtig wie im Paradies. -Massage sehr gut, aber ich hoffe, dass der Besetzer Mr.Ananda endlich renoviert der ganze Dach wo Spa ist .:-( Wir müssen sagen, dass jeder Mensch unterschied ist aber in Rezeption, Mr. Piyumal , leistet der beste Service ist immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, man merkt er will immer helfen. Das Hotel hat eingestellt hier in Rezeption zwei Mädchen , einer von dem Mädchen heißt Frau Nithmi. Nicht nur wir aber auch. Unsere Freundin hat sofort gemerkt. Sie ist sehr freundlich sehr aktiv, sieht alles, und hilft gerne. Immer mit Lächeln am Gesicht. Beim auschecken haben wir gesagt in Rezeption, dass wir hoffen, dass der Besitzer Mr.Ananda wird diese Frau Nithmi für immer einstellen ! Solche fleißige Personen und freundliche Personal braucht jeder Hotel. Vielen Dank. ( diese Bewertung schreibe ich gerade, weil wir sind wieder hier in diesem Hotel,am Strand :-). )

Gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, schöne Anlage, toller Strand - aber die extrem laute Musik lässt keine Erholung zu. Die Poolboys spielen für sich diese grässliche "Musik". Der Bass ist voll aufgedreht und von der Musik ist nichts mehr zu hören. Sogar im Garten hört man nur bum bum. Eigene Musik hören geht nicht - trotz Kopfhöhrer. Am Balkon sitzen und sich unterhalten - geht nicht. bum bum bum. Schade, war schon früher dort und da konnte man die Ruhe geniessen und das Meer rauschen höhren. Das ist vorbei. Wir suchen ein ruhigeres Hotel wo nicht auf die Musikrichtung der Poolboys rücksicht genommen wird sonder auf den Gast.

Albergo molto datato, fronte mare, niente di speciale, camera spaziosa fronte piscina, bagno nella norma con kit di cortesia, brocca per tea e caffe, acqua in camera. Materasso e cuscini comodi. Il personale ci ha accolti calorosamente. Abbiamo cenato in hotel, buffet con tanta scelta, sia per cena che colazione. il prezzo un po alto per la struttura

NOTE: we were only day guests here. The location of this hotel is stunning, the beach and pool area is beautiful, plenty of space for everyone and it is cleaned regularly. However, the staff are ignorant and lazy, could not care less about customers. No one offers drinks/food and we had to ask 4 times to get chips cleaned off a table and off the floor from previous customers (this took 20mins). We also saw the manager take empty bottles from our table and put it on another table for one of his staff to sort later. We witnessed a waiter clear a table and put all the dishes on our table whilst we were in the pool and then were surprised when we told them to remove it. The food is not good, hot or worth the money either when there are some fab places to eat on the beach.

The hotel have access directly to the beach , because of god not the hotel , the view is nice and everything designed properly . The hotel stuff rude sometimes and disturbance sometimes and we felt unsafe for our stuff in the room , we missed some stuff , but I can’t say from them , because I didn’t have any evidence, the thing that after checked in to another hotel of my trip , I noticed that I missed a lot of my stuff and my family as well . So i suspected some of their stuff unsecured. Anyway the buffet is normal standard , the room are uncomfortable, the hotel have extra rooms not shown in the reservation , they told me just if you come and know the manager he can give you two rooms and salon suite , despite it was empty during my accommodation!!! The amenities was lack in the room , early check in was free , and check out was convenient, if you want just facilities this is good hotel , but if you concern of customer service , I’m sorry this is not good option .

Íamos ficar neste hotel 2 noites e ficamos 4. Avaliação resumida!!! Hotel em frente a uma praia fantástica, com uma piscina maravilhosa. Restaurante com boa comida a preços adequados. Quartos muito bons, espaçosos e com varanda para a praia e piscina. Funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos. No check out assistimos ao dono/manager a destratar os funcionarios no lobby do hotel, em frente aos funcionários. Uma vergonha. Estes funcionários e estas instalações não merecem ser geridos desta forma.

Nice hotel, great location with direct access to the beach. Food was limited compared to other hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka but decent. However, restaurant staff extremely unhelpful & rude, not interested in guests with no attention to detail given. Disapointing, reception staff did not ask for feedback on our stay when checking out, literally threw the outstanding bill at us and not even a thank you or goodbye once paid. I would stay here again due to the location and beach access however, customer service needs to be worked on.

Отдыхали здесь с 27.11 по 06.12. Потрясающее расположение, в двух шагах от океана, есть бассейн, который чистят каждый день. Можно купаться до 22. Территория маленькая, но живописная, постоянно убирали листья и прочее. Шезлонгов всегда хватало, весь день можно было заказать напитки у официантов. Номера уставшие, в мебели ящики еле открываются, набор воды был слабым, один раз не было горячей воды. В номере есть балкон с видом на океан, океан довольно шумный, можно закрыть дверь и его не слышно. Один раз заползал из окна таракан большой) Один раз сломался кондиционер, все пришли починили. Пляж у отеля большой и чистый, народу было мало, океан с большими волнами, справа есть спот для продвинутых серфингистов. По вечерам красивые кафешки на берегу со свечами и гирляндами. Персоналу твердые 5 звёзд! Всегда нам помогали во всех вопросах, чинили, давали зонты, убирали номер, меняли полотенца , заправляли кровать, будили, помогали с багажом, подготавливали завтраки на экскурсии и в аэропорт, позволяли покушать после окончания времени ужина. Весь персонал с улыбкой и готовностью помочь, очень понравилось отношение! С удовольствием вернёмся к вам в следующий раз, спасибо!!
