I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff is very cordial. The hotel maintains cleanliness and hygiene.

The property was excellent and service was also incredible. I will recommend this to everyone who is looking for a stay in mirzapur.

Sab ko negative phele suna hai. To khojte khojte ek mil hi gaya rooms are not sound proof. Bhar ki awaz ander at i hai. Jaise kisi room ka gate khulna etc. But rest was peaceful and helpful. All staff as well as manager

Other than parking issues, we as a group were satisifed with stay, but for the lift provision which was not present, rooms were okay, staff were good. . Food was average.

The location of the property was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The check-in process was smooth thanks to deepak. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit smaller than expected. The amenities were decent, include tea break out area. Overall, it was a good experience, but there is room for improvement in terms.

I stayed at the galaxy mirzapur during my visit to mahakumbh at prayagraj, i stayed for two days there and was mostly out during day time and stayed at night only. My overall experience was good, staff was helpful, better room cleaning service. It's worth staying at the galaxy.

When i reached there in night around 3:30 am recipient gave me the dormitory type services. The room size was too small like bathroom. There were no dental kit, landline available. No mineral water supply in a day including. Hotpot, blower was not available in room. No additional electrical sockets were working. Overall my experience was too bad. According to service the room charges is so high. I never suggest to anyone to halt there. I think such type of small things should improve there for better customer experience. No slipper are available in room.

The service was very good and the property is the best choice to stay at. One can surely opt for this property.

As soon as you enter this hotel, you will feel an elegant atmosphere. The hotel is clean. The food is better and the most important thing is that bad oil is not used. The bathrooms are small. Toiletries are also not up to expectations. The operator of this hotel is a good artist himself and his vision is visible from the restaurant to the lobby a free tea lounge in the morning and evening is attractive to guests. The staff is courteous.

Stayed for visiting vindhyachal mandir. Was a good experience. Hospitality was good. Each facility was provided. Parking space is available.
