My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a single night as we were passing through the city. We arrived a few hours after check in and were greeting with a staff member that seemed he had never worked in customer service. He did not make eye contact with us, did not smile, and did not converse with us more than to confirm the card I would be paying with. When we eventually went to get ready for bed, we pulled back the sheets and noticed that all of them plus the comforter were obviously stained with what appeared to be coffee or blood. In addition, there were numerous long black hairs in the bedding and other stains I couldn’t identify. I noticed the front desk and barely received even an apology. A stack of new sheets was brought up by a staff member who expected we would remake the entire bed ourselves. We asked her to take a look at the bedding at the least before leaving and then she apologized and offered to make the bed. When she *****ed the sheets we could see that the mattress was badly stained with blood. Once the bed was remade my partner and I decided to lay out our used clothes as it felt more clean than the sheets. Aside from this, the towels were also filled with black hairs, we were only given towels for one guest despite booking for two, and the continental breakfast was frozen. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel.
