峽谷地貝斯特韋斯特優質酒店(Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn)

Very nice and tidy

Un buen y céntrico lugar para venir en Familia, nuestra habitación 303 era sencillamente lo que buscábamos, muy cómoda y tenía de todo, en cuanto al desayuno en el hotel debo decir que la comida y atención del personal fue 5 estrellas, todo está muy cerca de este hotel y debo agregar que comer en Pastas Yay’s que lo teníamos allí a 50 pasos fue lo mejor. Cuando vuelva con seguridad me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

We stayed at this hotel for our two days in Moab. This Best Western was located in the middle of the downtown area. The light at the intersection made it easy to turn onto the road that became hwy 191 to get to Canyonland and Arches. The hotel was clean and had a great free breakfast offering. I especially liked that the breakfast area was not in the lobby which is often the case. Instead the area made me feel like I was in a modern home with both indoor and outdoor seating. The pool and jacuzzi were well maintained. The location provided a number of dinner options within an easy, short walk. If we return to Moab we’ll definitely look to see if this Best Western has availability.

We loved how large the room was considering that it was just a standard room. We had plenty of area for our group of 3 and all of our luggage. The room was up to date and clean. The beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast buffet with plenty of food choices.

The breakfast is wonderful, as is the breakfast manager and crew. The hotel is clean, there is cold lemon water and hot cocoa/tea/coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. The staff is OK, not overly friendly or helpful. Pool is refreshing, plenty of towels available. Housekeeping missed our room one day, leaving us both surprised and annoyed after returning from a long day on the river. No fresh towels, toiletries, unmade bed, floor that needed to be swept or vacuumed, etc. When I asked the front desk to please have housekeeping come the girl said they were gone for the day, and barely even apologized. Then I asked if we could get some fresh towels, shampoo and conditioner, and a bar of soap. She said she’d bring it up to the room. Fifteen minutes later I went back downstairs and told someone else at the front desk I was heading out to the pool, and that another staff member was supposed to bring us towels. He he let me know she was gone, but that he would drop some off in our room. The other issue was when we were checking in. The gentleman at the front desk wanted to show me the room before we accepted, which was rather cryptic. We walked to the room we reserved (a standard two queen bedroom), which he opened for us to inspect. It reeked of *********. We declined and were offered a one king bed bedroom, which was less than ideal for me and my two daughters, but all they had. This along with the poor customer service and missed housekeeping service really disappointed me.
