I book the hotel for 2 nights on my husband's account using MY credit card. They INSISTED on seeing my husband's ID (he was not with us). Luckily, he answered the phone and was able to send a picture of his driver's license, then we converted it to email and emailed to them. Otherwise, we would of been out $190 and out on the street looking for a new hotel. Other people had the same problem behind us but had the ******* account holder present with them. BAD POLICY on ******* & hotel's part that account holder's ID has to be present at time of check in.
