It was a very nice hotel. It was central located to things we needed. Just wish I would have paid more attention to it location when I booked it. I was needing something closer to Carnival Cruise Lines port.

The staff was fantastic! The room, property, parking, and everything about the stay was outstanding as well. Excellent restaurants within two minutes of walking. 15 minutes away from the golf course. Gas station right across the street. Many dining options within 5 to 10 minutes by vehicle. Thank you!

The hotel is okay, and the front desk staff were fantastic. Our primary complaint is that for some reason the hotel decided to have a massive spotlight blasting literally into our window all night long. It's not an accident, it's a feature for how they illuminate the building. We had to use a coat hanger to pinch the curtains shut to make the room at least a little bit dimmer. Very hard to sleep with that much light. Totally baffles me that such a spotlight on the outside of the building exists.

I have never had an easier registration. I told the hotel my name when I requested shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and my key was waiting for me when I got there. Every single employee, EVERY employee, was helpful and cheerful. I recommend this hotel highly.

The staff was very friendly. The room was overall clean. Breakfast is 6-10 am. They made cookies for my daughters. Beds are not too bad, I have been in much worse. Pillow are a little soft for my liking, I prefer a little more firmness, but 2 pillows fix that. The tv, lights and outlets work. I am satisfied with my stay here. Check in was easy and great. There is a Japanese steakhouse across the street. Even though the airport is near by, never heard the planes.

This hotel is showing its age and neglect. It has been a favorite of mine when I am in the area but the decline is hard to miss. The desk chair was dangerous. When you leaned back it would plunge down and come near turning over backwards. Also, the shower control handle would stay only straight up or straight down. Gravity would cause it to drop to down if placed on either side. In addition, the carpet is worn, the mattress needs to be replaced, and bits and pieces need fixing. The staff were welcoming and helpful as always. It looks like a money problem.

I would give this motel a better rating except I stayed here last month and had a much better room for the same price. This time the shower was not as good. My wife and I had problems figuring out how the shower worked. The bed was uncomfortable. The bed was actually broken down on one side. The pillows were terrible. I give a good rating for being quiet and having a good air conditioner.

We were in town for a football game at South Alabama, and the staff at the hotel made our stay a lot of fun. Our son plays for the visiting team, so the staff and us had fun talking about the game and enjoying a good-natured rivalry. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we play the Jags!

Convenient to airport. Easy check in and friendly and helpful staff.
