Eine top Unterkunft ,Parken auf dem Grundstück. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist super. Brot ,Kuchen,Marmelade alles selbstgemacht. Man merkt die Liebe und Freude die sie dabei hat . Es war fast wie zuhause . Wir kommen gerne wieder . Es war wunderbar

Exceptionnel à tous points de vue Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce bed and breakfast. L'accueil a été extrêmement sympathique, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. La chambre était confortable et d'une propreté impeccable. Le buffet de petit déjeuner était un véritable délice, avec des mets salés et sucrés faits maison, absolument délicieux. Même notre chien a été très bien accueilli, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Sensationel Eine super schöne, ruhige und gepflegte Unterkunft. Sehr zuvorkommende und auch äusserst flexible Gastgeber, als wir nach einer Autopanne mitten in der Nacht anreisten. TOP TOP TOP Frühstücksbuffet mit 10 selbstgemachten Kuchen, Broten, Keksen, usw usw. Sowas habe ich in 40 Jahren bed&breakfast noch nie erlebt.

Sehr zuvorkommende Cheffin und Chef. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und genossen unsere Aufenthalt sehr. das Zimmer war geräumig und alles sehr sauber. Super war, dass der Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände war. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal! 🤗

Very quiet, rural area. Excelent hosts with breakfast options that would shame most quality hotels. Room was comfortable and spacious with excellent on suite facilities. Would definitely stay again Ricky

Your home away from home in Modena Our host couple, Gianna and Giuliano are delightful people who love to give personal attention to their guests. They handle restaurant reservation, comfort-enhancing tweaks and the most incredible breakfast of home-make treats we have ever seen! Parking onsite and easy access to Modena make should make this anyone's first choice of accommodation. Bed was super comfortable and large windows give you fresh air or there is A/C if you need it.

We stayed here our first night in the country after over 30 hours of travel due to delays. It was clean, quiet and the hosts were lovely. The breakfast was amazing - truly a labor of love by the hosts. Our hosts were welcoming and kind - great start to our Italian adventure.

Wonderful hosts. Great recommendations for the area and helped make dinner reservations in town. Delicious breakfast (SO many options and all homemade -- felt like visiting an awesome grandma's house). Very social kitchen area with fellow guests and hosts. Would stay again!
