I was well welcomed by Staff who were friendly and very responsive Peter and Yvonne were very kind Food fresh and Dennis was very helpful and cheerful Clean good bedding had an incident which was amicably sorted by the housekeeper Gabriel Spacious rooms with good air conditioners and fan

One thing i have realized in hotel sapphire is how willing the staff is yo help, customer service is a strong hold of theirs. The waiters waitress and all the public area staff were joyful 24/7. My food was served hot delicious plate of Indian biriyani made my day with a cold pinemint juice is a meal id recommend if one is looking to have comfort food.

Fantanstic experience. We were warmly by Yvone. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She escorted us to the conference room. With the hot temperature of mombasa, the room was very cool...with functioning air conditioners. The food is top notch. The staff are very friendly. I would refer my friends and family.

This as my first time at sapphire hotel Mombasa and I was impressed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to make us feel comfortable especially Yvonne. She's very kind and loving. The food is top notch. The service was great. Good ambience.

Am most grateful to the management and entire staff of Sapphire hotel who have made my stay in Kenya basically Mombasa pleasant. Being my first time in Kenya I even didnt know what to expect but have learnt that Kenyan people mainly for Sapphire hotel who gave me a warm welcome right from Mombasa Terminus are really good and hospitable people. Have really enjoyed their premises from nice rooms which are well air conditioned to very delicious food and nice music.

Amazing lunch buffet,great hospitality,I had a nice time at this place,from the meeting hall,toilet is clean and also well kept,the Swahili point was also great and the juice glad was also fresh and smooth,you are the best and I would recommend people

The services were good,,, conference facilities were up to date,serving was fast,..snacks were available according to choices,,The only short was tea was cold with no options of warming up,, washrooms are clean and safe,. well groomed attendants

The food tasted fresh although dry. Needs improvement on the varieties of food. The music is too heavy over a lunch hour meal. Improve on the capacity of your power back up plan to avoid intruption of the meetings. Washroom area is clean, keep up.

so appreciative, humbled and indpired about Hotel Sapphire. Nice Kitchen, best hospitality and the Service is hundrend percent super! The rooms are clean and the place it's self is so gorgeous. I met Daisy ,Benson , Derick , Duncan, Aurthor and many more people in the service are so nice. Talking about the Hygiene is also super super amazing. Good job Hotel Sapphire. Keep it
