It was a great place to stay in! Very friendly staff and good location! However, the internet might be very slow in the room so you might have to come out to the front to use it

the food was good and i got a nice service from staff , good internet.. Thanks to cheff Dickson , thanks to lucy kimani was happy, good service at our conference hall, kibokoni. Also, the white color makes the hotel looks beautiful. thanks rahimu rahimu, great job you do. we are happy how you welcome us in your hotel. may God bless you . everything is great ☺️

Had refused to check me in claiming couldnt locate my booking, then gave tiny room facing noisy pub couldn't sleep, then moved me to another with stinking AC and lastly moved me at 4am to a dirty room where pillows reeked of another person's perfume!! I and other patrons could not be served dinner we waited 3 hours because they were hosting a certain cocktail and totally ignored us had to go looking for food elsewhere at midnight!!!!!!

I had an excellent stay, complemented by outstanding service. The staff are highly professional and responded promptly to any concerns. As a lactating mother on a business trip, I was especially grateful for the provision of a fridge to store my milk, which made my stay more comfortable. The food was exceptional, and the central location within the CBD makes it incredibly convenient for business travelers.
