廣場海灘酒店(Plaza Beach Hotel)

I stayed at Plaza beach late December 2023 with my two girls. Check in was great..staff were very welcoming.Food was great..i enjoyed the roast pork! However during dinner time the staff were less concerned if you're not "Caucasian "..very backward behaviour. Please treat all your guests equally! Discrimination in 2023?? Also, your towels are too old and worn out especially at the pool side. Overall we loved the place and would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is absolutely good the food is good but the monkeys won’t give u peace you need to play hide and seek with them. Check in : was done very well and staff at the reception were quick Rooms: the rooms are huge but no slippers and towels are very old won’t recommend anyone to use the towels WiFi: the WiFi connection is horrible no connection especially day time Beach : it’s a private beach and very clean which was a. Plus Breakfast: the buffet is good but monkeys are all over the place snatching food from guests and the buffet can’t blame anyone on that Conceirge: Rashid was helpful he helped us by buying for us new pair of slippers and also assisted with our luggage to the room 318 During our stay at the reception we meet Sarah she was very helpful with information around Mombasa Check out : SUCH A DISSAPOINTMENT one lady was on phone as the other lady was at next office sitting we had to wait for the lady to finish her call which she never did the other lady from the other office had to come mark her words are you here for Check out have a sit over there I will call you 🙄🙄 we had to sit at the lobby and wait to be called again at the reception for check out this is pure prove of how they didn’t care less to check us out 🤷‍♀️Just because her colleague ignored us and never checked us out for her to waste her time and move from sitting position to come and check us out

Please ignore any negative reviews.We stayed at the Plaza for three perfect weeks. The location is right on the beach with easy transport to anywhere including taxis or tuk tuks. The room had a sea view, with air conditioning and was cleaned daily. The shower was strong and hot.All staff were very friendly including the manager and we were regularly checked upon to see if we were happy. The pool was lovely with a nice bar and plenty of sun beds.Thanks to everyone at the Plaza for a great stay. We will definitely be returning!!

This hotel really has value for money. It might not be the most luxurious hotel but It has all the essental elements of a good beach hotel. It has a clean pool, clean rooms and the buffet is also good. I especially liked that the c;leaning services were very efficient and they worked round our time. The juice at lunch time service was also highly appreciated. The beach is also a part of the long bamburi ***** and you have access to restayurants and amenities along the coastline.

Friendly staff. Clean swimming pool. However wifi was not working. I would appreciate a variety of foods for breakfast. Dinner was great.

There were some bed bugs which they got rid of once mentioned
