Pueblito Magico Hostel - Mompox

El hostal se encuentra en zona céntrica de mompox muy cerca de Santa Bárbara todo estuvo bien nada más como observación que va para el dueño del hostel que capacite a sus 2 muchachos de lo que es el servicio e incluso que ponga más atención en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones ya que el baño no tenia regadera de ahí en lo personal todo muy bien

Sencillamente el peor lugar en el que me he hospedado, servicio pésimo, habitaciones pequeñas y el personal cero interesado en la atención, no lo recomendaría a nadie nunca. Existen mil opciones mejores por ese precio tan elevado.

This is a very small hostel which has no staff to receive you if you get there very early in the morning, so you have to wait outside with your luggage and wait for the person in charge to get there and open the place. I stayed in a dorm with other 4 people, they were all very respectful and nice. Breakfast was included but, it takes a long time for the maid to prepare it, because she also has to clean the rooms and the bathrooms. So, I had breakfast the first morning but not on the second. It was 9:15am, I had woken up at 6:30 and breakfast is supposed to be served from 8am. My recommendation is to be patient and try to get the best of your time in Mompox.

I went with a group of friends to their bar because it was written 3 coctails for the price of 2, We asked 2 rounds and at the end they charged us the coctails without the discount. The "owner" didnt excuse for the mistake and also the waiter who always said we had to pay and 1 hour before he said the promotion was still available. Also they charged the wrong price for the ice cream. Very bad service. They also said: if you dont pay we called the police, As we knew we were saying the true we said: ok, call the police and they nevery did because they knew they were going to be in trouble. Not recommended at all.

We had a great stay. We loved the ambience of the hostel, the art and the atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the common area and the bar is very nice. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfasts are nice and healthy and the location is perfect. The only thing we would like to point out id the details, such as no drinking water sometimes (it does get refilled after a while) and no soap in the toilet. However, that didn’t make our stay less enjoyable. We recommend this hostel to all the travelers who want to enjoy tranquility and art sphere of Mompox!

El hostel estuvo perfecto, excelente ubicación frente al río Magdalena y en pleno malecón, buenísima atención, el cuarto y el baño estuvo muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas, le han sacado excelente provecho a la plazoleta de espacio público frente a él con sillas y mesas. En general es 100% recomendable.

la habitacion que nos toco tenia excremento de ratones por muchos lados, mal distibuida, apenas si uno se podia mover dentro de la habitacion, colchones incomodos en mal estado, ruidos de aire acondicionado, ruidoso ventilador, realmente afecto nuestra experiencia en mompox, no pudimos descansar, ni disfrutar...

Tengan cuidado con el Hostal Pueblito Mágico en Mompox. Al reservar, para hacer una modificación no contestan el whatsapp , no reciben llamadas y su política de Cancelación afecta mucho al turista. No recomiendo el lugar, gran desilusión

Por favor abstenerse de visitar este sitio, la mala atención y grosería del encargado, sumada a la demora en el servicio hace q un lugar agradable se convierta en total decepción. Hay muchos mejores sitios que este para comer.
