自由度假酒店(Hotel Liberty Resort)

This is a case of you pay for what you get, but for the same price, we stayed in much nicer hotels and guest houses in Tunisia throughout our trip. The positives; the hotel is affordable and in a decent location, within walking distance of the beach, the pool is also great and the food was good. The downsides; The hotel is very outdated and aged, the bedding cushions, bed spreads, napkins and table cloths were all stained and worn (the cotton bed sheets were fine however). Some of our bathroom towels were not washed and cleaned at all, our hand towel still had the previous guests make up wiped on it. The aircon in our room didn't work, so we had to sleep with the balcony sliding doors open, which made for a nosey nights sleep. The reception staff and some of the other staff were professional and friendly, but in the main, the waiters and kitchen staff treated you like they were doing you a favour, some didn't even bother to help when asked - like for a menu or a drink for example. Some of the attitudes I saw towards other guests, was very poor. When we paid for our dinner, our 35 Tunisian Denar meal, suddenly became 45, clearly the rest was going to be pocketed so we refused to pay the extra fee that came out of no where. To be brutally honest, that was the worst customer service we had experienced in a hotel to date. Overall the guests at the hotel we fine but there were some very drunk guests, literally falling over and stumbling everywhere, with one girl was so drunk, she didn't even realize her boob was hanging out of her bikini. We were so happy to get out of there when we checked out.. The worst hotel we had stayed in in Tunisia.

Cała rodzina jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Liberty, animatorzy, którzy uprzyjemniali nam czas są rewelacyjni 😀każdego dnia zajmowali nam czas, nie było nudno ani sekundę. Polecamy gorąco!!!!!

Bardzo fajny hotel, obsługa miła i pomocna. Wspaniali animatorzy dbający o to, żeby gościom się nie nudziło. Pokoje czyste i ładnie urządzone a jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Do dyspozycji gości jest tez basen.

Pokoje są ładne, jedzenie bardzo dobre, bardzo blisko do plaży, kelnerzy, recepcjoniści i animatorzy bardzo mili. Bardzo dobra kawa, bardzo dobre drinki, bardzo fajne dyskoteki wieczorami, bardzo łatwo dogadać się z obsługą. Polecam

Accueil magique a la réception ,le restaurant propre , la cuisine y as tout les choix qu'il faut , l'animation incroyable avec des soirée a thème , personnel souriant et accueillant , je recommande .

nous sommes heureux d'avoir découvert ce bel hôtel , l'accueil est chaleureux la direction est présente afin que nous ne manquons de rien , les chambres sont très confortables ! Les petits plus : l'exposition de peinture , les conseils concernant les visites touristiques , et le petit déjeuner avec des produits du terroirs et des préparations maison ( pain d'épices , galette charentaise, yaourt maison et bien d'autres mets On reviendra l’Anne prochaine merci à toute le équipe et surtout un grand merci à mr hakim attya directeur de réception d’avoir prix soon de nous

Un super vacance en Tunisie, hôtel très agréable ,un accueil chaleureux, les services top, chambres spacieuses et confortables, les personnels sont super gentil très souriant , la cousine très bon , je remercie chef Toumi pour sa prik 😋 une literie au top, une propreté irréprochable et un excellent séjour, un belle destination le soleil la mer, très belle plage, on reviendra.
