This Inn is in a poorly adapted and difficult to find old home, with a crowded and small room and big "for sale" signs outside. The yard was nice, but the room was not heated on a cold night, with an inadequate bed cover. We slept poorly, and the integrated coffee shop served an adequate breakfast.

Charming place to stay! We had the upstairs room accessed by outside stairs. Loved the kitchenette. Plenty of space for a family of four. We visited the free hot springs, a unique experience. The owner provided firewood for us to enjoy the firepit in backyard. Great way to unwind at the end of our Bryce vacation before heading to Salt Lake City airport. We ate at Aces and our hamburgers were delicious! Also the Nutella pie amazing!

We stayed at the Monroe Inn Utah in May and enjoyed the place to the fullest! The room was a gem (top floor) and the breakfast (and dinner) at Aces place was really good! The room was very clean and the beds were perfect, we had 2 good nights of sleep. The owners are really helpfull and Ace is the best, he made us a very nice dinner and a great breakfast. If you have the chance, go book the Inn! Or if you pass through Monroe go and eat at Aces place!

Charming place to stay! We loved to support small business as we explored the hot springs in the surrounding area. Their homemade breakfast was delicious! Would’ve preferred a little more soap or body wash in the shower. Otherwise, great stop!

Adequate accommodation, but nothing special. I’m not sure why it’s an inn. There’s a separate entrance for multiple rooms, no common areas to share, no personal contact with an innkeeper, and no food. Our room had 1 small bedside lamp, and 4 bright ceiling can lights, with no dimmer. There was almost no furniture to put down personal items, and 1 uncomfortable chair. There were no bedside plugs for phones. The bathroom had a pedestal sink with nowhere to put down toiletries. An old straight shower rod and cheap plastic curtain clung to your body as you showered. Yuck! All in all, adequate but undistinguished, and not set up with comfort in mind.

I booked a room here through an online service the morning of my intended stay. Somehow the reservation went into the system for the following night. When I checked into the property, I was greeted and directed to my room. At 10:30 pm, I was thrown out of my room and innformed my reservation was for the following day. They offered no help as to locating another stay anywhere. As an older woman traveling alone, I felt my safety was disregarded completely. I had to find and purchase a second hotel room for that evening. I requested they at least give me a discount for a booking the following week, but they refused to do so. I am well traveled and have never experienced such inconsiderate behavior.
