Housekeeping was great. However the people at the front desk was not. Food is food I’ve had a lot better.

The person at the front desk was pleasant and gave a great recommendation for dinner. The room had pet hair on the mattress but didn't smell like pets or cigarettes despite it having carpet. The only real problem was the toilet keep leaking and no the toilet was not sweating and the heat also kept shutting off when you would leave the room so when you came back from the pool you couldn't be warm. The pool was nice and the hot tub was warm. The pool towels were on the deck so you didn't have to go to the front desk to get them. Breakfast was mediocre to say the most.

The property was nice and clean. The downfall was a lot of very loud children running the halls and the parents and staff allowing it. Also making the breakfast area they're hangout at night and using the appliances. It was not controlled until several complaints by my myself and others. It did quiet down but not until the pool closed.

Arrived early and was greeted w a smile, checked in and was given a room by easy entry/exit and easy pool access. Unfortunately, have bad ankle and no elevator to access to 2nd floor. Room was cozy and clean, temp was a bit warm at first, but cooled quickly. A very nice stay.

We have stayed here before and decided to return. The young woman at the desk is very pleasant and helpful. Check in was the quickest I have experienced in a long time. The building and outside area appear to be well maintained and are well lit.

I was really impressed. Super 8 sounded sketchy to me but with few alternatives, we booked it and were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. We brought bikes and rode the 1 mile to downtown. Monroe was amazing. The small town charm was great. Everyone was so friendly. We didn’t use the hotel pool, hot tub, or breakfast but they looked nice.

All motel staff were helpful, great business center office, comfy bed, great swimming pool, and overall very clean property. My 2 suggestions would be to not allow smoking within 25 feet of doors (outside) and the placement of a recycling receptacle in the lobby would be nice.

We had to get up at 6AM. Beginning at 4:40AM, someone repeatedly slammed a hotel room door and walked up and down the hallway. This went on until 5:15AM. (A call to the front desk was made at 5:14AM, however it is not felt the ceasing was related to this; It appeared the party left, as evidenced by them slamming car doors and exiting.) We could not attempt to drown out the noise given that our air conditioner had some issues-- repeatedly clicking on and off when kicking on so we ended up turning it off. Staff was very kind and friendly-above average. Breakfast was good, but not a lot of variety-- many carbs and little protein.

Staying here was very affordable and everything was very nice & very clean. The Breakfast was good. We were there for 6 days & happy that they rotated the main portion (biscuits/gravy for eggs, potatoes & sausage). The staff also checked to make sure the food was fresh & well supplied. The Staff was very friendly. Sandy in particular was excellent & very helpful. We did not communicate with the housekeeping staff as we did not have them come into our room during our stay. The room was clean & well supplied upon our arrival. We enjoyed the pool & spa tub. Both were very clean & the temperature of both near perfect. Not having stayed here before we did not realize that there was no elevator. My friend recently had a knee replacement surgery and we would have requested the first floor. My friend had to put ice on her knee every night. The refrigerator did not have a freezer section so we asked the staff to put her ice bag in their freezer in the back every morning. The morning & evenig staff were very nice about doing this. We would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to others.
