1533年威斯康特住宿加早餐旅館(VesConte Residenza d'Epoca Dal 1533)

albergo,ma è riduttivo,situato nel centro della bella bolsena.palazzo antico piu simile a un museo,ma è un museo.staff più che cordiale ,piccolo problema in camera risolto subito,spostandoci in una stanza accanto pure più bella.vi sono stato ben 4 notti e potendo vi sarei stato di più. consiglio caldamente a chi vorrà venire da queste parti.pure il prezzo è più che competitivo.vorrei ritornarvi.

Ho soggiornato in questo bel palazzo storico ben adibito a struttura ricettiva . Abbiamo apprezzato la stanza, la pulizia, la cordialità del personale, la visita con le audioguide in alcune stanze ricche di storia e bellezza. Peccato che non abbia potuto usufruire della colazione nella sala adibita, per gli intolleranti al lattosio non è infatti previsto nessuno dei dolci o delle brioche proposti. Fortunatamente ho chiesto prima di prenotare la colazione che evidentemente non è per tutti.

In un palazzo d'epoca, di cui è possibile visitare diverse sale, ricche di arredi e quadri antichi. Camera ampia, anche quella con un arredamento particolare, bagno perfetto. Parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo, del cui pagamento si è fatto carico lo stesso albergo. Posizione ideale per visitare Bolsena.

Molto suggestiva la location, camere piuttosto fatiscenti con servizi inadeguati ( il getto dell’acqua del lavandino, troppo piccolo) fuori usciva dallo stesso bagnando per terra. Abbiamo rischiato un serio incidente per l’improvviso distacco di una pesante finitura di un improbabile baldacchino. Bellissimo pavimento…dissestato in più punti, con buchi evidenti e scollamento in più punti delle mattonelle. Colazione modesta, poco variata con prodotti di scarsa qualità e tempi molto ristretti (turni da caserma) per consumarla nel dovuto relax. Esperienza da non ripetere.

The building is historical, with nice original features. Many nice reception rooms, private dining rooms ... When you see it from the street, there is no "hotel" sign, so you could drive or walk past it ... Most rooms are two flights up (high ceilings, long flights ...), no elevator and the carpet on the stairs is worn out. The breakfast room is dark, and the breakfast offering was very average. The team at breakfast was nice. We were six couples of friends on an alumni reunion, booked for two nights. One couple checked out after one night - their room was cold (end of September, highs around 27 Celsius during the day ...) and they hardly got any sleep. Their door did not lock properly. Another couple was also cold and slept with their coats on. We were in the Stendhal room - small, dark, with a very outdated bathroom. Temperature for us was ok. The beds are not great and need to be updated. The room next door on the side toward the plazza seemed a bit bigger than ours with more light. We would not recommend the Stendhal room. Coming back to the room after dinner was a bit "eery" with only one dim light in the big hall towards the room. Everyone in the group complained about the showers. Our shower head didn't fit into the "holder", so you had to hold it up by hand. The owners should invest - in the comfort of new beds, good locks, modern plumbing, a new carpet on the stairs ...

Location di charme, si soggiorna immersi nei cinque secoli di storia del Palazzo Cozza Caposavi della bellissima e tranquilla Bolsena. Staff gentile e disponibile, ottima la colazione.

Palazzo stupendo, camera adeguata allo stile epocale del palazzo, prima colazione in una stanza molto suggestiva, entrata del palazzo che ti fa sentire subito un aria secentesca.Enoteca a vista con gestore simpatico e preparato .tutti i dipendenti socievoli e sempre sorridenti. Siamo nel centro del borgo con il castello che domina dall' alto...consiglio vivamente.

Purtroppo siamo costrette a scrivere una recensione negativa: nonostante la gentilezza del personale abbiamo vissuto un risveglio terribile proprio il giorno della partenza. Il proprietario della struttura ha bussato con veemenza alla porta per darci il check out ben 20 minuti prima dell'orario che ci era stato segnalato da una mail di ******* (10:30am). Al nostro tentativo di spiegazioni il proprietario ha ribadito con arroganza che avremmo dovuto lasciare la stanza alle 10:00am. Quando ormai trafelate con le valigie ci siamo recate alla reception per saldare la tassa di soggiorno ha finalmente ammesso l'errore e si è scusato seppur minimizzando un atteggiamento inqualificabile in un luogo che si definisce location di "charme". Restiamo deluse e non torneremo a soggiornare in questa struttura.

Built in 1533 I was impressed by the level of modern amenities such as air con (but the concrete walls kept it cool enough when it was over 30 degrees I didn’t need to turn it on). The wine tasting downstairs was excellent. Three local wines and nibbles for €16. Breakfast was a good selection of food. The coffee could improve. When people above flushed their toilet it sounded like mine flushed too which scared me numerous times. A free tour would be very welcome rather than having to pay when already a guest of the hotel and I was disappointed I could not drop my luggage off before check in. This is on the Camino route so the last thing Pilgrims want when they’ve just walked 22kms in the heat, is to keep carrying their bag until 2pm. A supermarket is very close so buy some water and snacks there.
