Great all inclusive resort. Food, entertainment and the staff are all amazing! Had a great time. Rooms could be cleaned out a bit better.

I loved staying here. Everything was clean and the staff was amazing. Literally!! The food was good. The alcohol was legit. I have no complaints. I will be staying here each and every time I go to Jamaica!

Very good deal for the price. Staff was 1 of the best I've ever had. Very friendly and courtesy. Buffet had nice selection, steak restaurant was best. Room service was good. Did not like the beach as the water was very shallow and only good to wade in.we like swimming. Pool was nice.

The room that I did online was not the room we had.. also we didn’t even get a microwave in the room. I did a king size bed.. we got 2 queen size bed when we get there. Overall it was amazing tho.

The Jewel Grande delivers in certain areas and is lacking in others. Our room was clean and spacious however the first day we got there we noticed there was no hooks to hang your towels or a long mirror to use in the room - this is key for outfit checks prior to going out. Our phone was not working either and it took them about a day to fix it. The facilities overall are very clean and nice - I liked the food options, especially the authentic Jamaican dishes. The restaurants do a nice job offering diverse cuisines and my vegetarian friend had no issues finding many options. The front desk staff annd poolside servers offer impeccable service; however other services like the towel station was hit or miss in terms of friendliness. Biggest suggestion is to cut the nightly dance club (weekends only) and instead offer karaoke or some other activity- it got old doing this over multiple days. Overall I loved Jamaica and plan to come again soon - just not genuinely certain I got my full money’s worth at this hotel so would like to explore other places for comparison.

Beautiful oceanfront room very spacious. Great food and wide variety to choose from. Staff was very friendly.
