玫瑰堂海灘伊波羅之星酒店&度假村(Iberostar Rose Hall Beach)

Iberostat Beach was the first choice for me. I have no regrets. It is the best value with least crowd amd all the amenities and more of a five star hotel. The service was friendly, the architectire was luxuriious, the beach was sunny and breezy, the food was tasty and the experience was memorable. A photogfapher was there at dinner to capture the moment of a lifetime memory. Loved it!!!

It was ok... it's a great hotel for a family vacation.. however if you are trying to get away with your girls or maybe your boo.. you might get a little bored..

Would not recommend. Decent hotel at most, food was average. Staff although very nice are very pushy trying to get people to become members of the hotel and it starts from the moment you arrive. There were ants in our room. The beach was by far the worst. Lined up with canoes of locals selling goods and services who ambush you the second you step foot near the sand. I felt hotel staff should do more to get rid of them so people can actually relax on the beach instead of avoid it like I did. I would not return that’s for sure.

When we checked in was told they over booked and had to relocate us to another part of resort away from our friend. Was told about joining inner club and promised certain things which was not written in contract. DO NOT JOIN IBEROSTAR CLUB NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I walked into a death trap. First off the lobby of this hell hole is very nice. I walked into the room and was like what the hell. I spent $1400 for a four day stay and the bed was rock hard. The bathroom sink and tub were clogged. I tried calling the front desk but it's a hit or miss with the phone. On day two housekeeping threw away my medication (accidents happen). I had an allergic reaction then realized that my medication was missing. My partner went to the front desk and the nonchalant front desk agent sent him to another building to get a nurse. The nurse wasn't there. Another guest happened to be eavesdroping and was nice enough to give him some benadryl. Management staff were not very helpful that night but the next day covered in hives I spoke to a general manager who apologized. He sent maintenance to repair the sink and tub and bought me some antihistamine medication. Then I guess as a peace offering a fruit platter and champagne were sent to our room. I don't consume alcohol and I told them repeatedly that I am allergic to pineapple. On that fruit platter were two large chunks of pineapple. Guess they were trying to finish me off. On my last night someone from guest services then sent a letter to my room claiming that they have been trying to reach me. The letter asked that I contact guest services via phone. Fourteen calls later a young lady answered and asked what the hotel could do to make my last few hours better. This had to be a joke.

The worst stay & experience I’ve had in jamaica.I VACATIONED WITH ROCHES IN MY ROOM. (2) rooms 2 different floors same issue roaches big & little .checkin staff was great . I had 2 rooms/5 travelers . Young adult kids were housed in 3 floor (noticed ROCHES they were moved to 2nd floor . Next day noticed in my room 4th floor. Complaint to front desk & all was offered to move room again. My partner refused being we were to check out next morning. Management was aware & promised a call back . No call back no response no compensation nothing . We have videos & photos of roaches You are also pressured to attend what they call a welcome breakfast. It is not its again to pressure u to purchase a membership. You are offered gifts/hotel credit if attend. & at end the gifts / credit offered is different. Wasted 3 hours of my vacation with this scam

The food was good! If you’re just going to relax it is ok! No form of entertainment, none! I went to the theatre and it was such a disappointment. The guest were all sitting and still waiting in disbelief. Is that it?! At least now I know, never again.

Not a 5 star hotel. More like 3 star. Forget relaxing by the beach as locals will be constantly bothering you to buy stuff. Rooms are falling apart.. food was ok..

The mattress was god awful. worst 3 night sleep ever. Everything else fine. Customer services is not available at the this resort. dont look for it.
