For the Butler room it was beyond expectations, small, a/c on its last leg, no ventaliation in bathroom caused heat and humidity. We have been to many other Sandals with a butler experience and this by far was the worst. We will not be staying here again.

The entertainment staff was fantastic! We loved Geo, “Super Mario”, Darrel, Christopher, and Caloney was the best bartender! Also, Jordan on the saxophone was amazing! We had a great time playing beach volleyball with the staff too! Everyone was wonderful and our view was beautiful!

We are diamond members of this brand and the quality and service has dropped way off. The customer service has dramatically went down in the last 5 years. We didn’t get the room we paid for and they said they upgraded us but the entire point was to get the room for the view and accessibility. Instead we are on the upstairs part and can’t see the beach at all. Speaking of the beach. Right now I’m looking at a bulldozer scraping seaweed off of it instead of the awesome view that I am supposed to Be seeing. Overall just a huge let down. May be our last trip to sandals for a while.

Complexe hôtelier formidable! Propre et service à la clientèle extraordinaire! Nous avons beaucoup aimé Oshane, notre majordome la journée que nous avons loué un cabana sur le bord de la mer! Et que dire du service de Christopher , le responsable du Sandals club ! Il nous a organisé nos réservations de soupers et répondu à toutes nos questions! Très bon travaille Christopher !!! Et la nourriture est vraiment extraordinaire! Tout est bon et le vin et les boissons aussi ! On a aussi aimé la possibilité d’avoir accès à l’autre hôtel Sandals tout prêt avec service de navette gratuite! Nous allons y retourner certain. Merci à toute l’équipe du Sandals Montego Bay!!!

My wife and I just returned from another amazing trip to Sandals MoBay. We stayed December 20th thru the 27th. This was our 4th Christmas in a row and it did not disappoint. The weather was a little rainier than previous years but the stay was still great. Our butlers Stevan & Marvin made sure our every need was met before we even asked. They are an amazing team and we always look forward to seeing them each trip. While there were a few faces missing and several on vacation, it was great to see the many amazing team members that make MoBay our home away from home. The staff did an amazing job decorating the entire resort with holiday lights and decorations and we joined in the fun by decorating our balcony. Some individuals complain about the age of the property however we feel they have done an excellent job over the past 10 years remodeling all of the rooms and restaurants. We can’t say enough about the staff and how they make this a 5-Star Resort. From Rayon and Ramario, our favorite bartenders at the main bar to Dane and his incredible rainbow shots at night at the piano bar. Joel and his team at Soy are truly amazing and the sushi is one of our favorites. Butches remains a great experience however we did miss seeing Horace there but later found he had been moved to Tokyo Joes. Our thanks to Chris and his entire leadership team to include Anna Kay, Chris Grant and Duncan. You and your team are why we consider MoBay part of our family and our home away from home. We can’t wait to see you guys on our next trip.

Had another wonderful birthday week! Can't wait to go back! Just want to shout out the great staff who have made our birthday week amazing! Bartenders Stephen, Leroy, Lamar, and Denham were amazing and always made us feel special. Shamar was great and made his birthday dinner amazing at Soys, as well as manager Joel who is always awesome and a favorite. Aaron took care of us when we rented a cabana and was so great! Gamalia at Bayside for breakfast is so sweet and welcoming, plus her omelets are amazing! Everton on third shift always looks out for us and makes our stay better, we love seeing him when we return. Venecia always checks on us and is so friendly and helpful. Jhanelle from SRC is amazing and so welcoming. Also Domanique in the club lounge surprised my hubby with decorations in the room on his birthday, she is awesome! Manager Christopher was so wonderful and truly is engaged with the resort. O'Shane at the beach grill is the bomb, always happy, positive, and fun. Onescia at the spa for the amazing massage, and wedding planner Nackiel for being so helpful and kind. She really eased my fears and answered so many questions I had! Thank you all! One Love!
