The hotel is beautiful! The service was a mix because some of the staff was amazing and super friendly. Some staff made you feel welcomed however there were others who didn’t know how to smile and acted as it l you were bothering them when you asked for a towel or drink. The food was great however the drinks were not good. On every menu was mojito which is my favorite drink but in 5 days I had 2 mojitos because they were out of mint. I even joked and said I would go to the market but the server replied no they have a garden. If that was true they didn’t bother getting it so I definitely overpaid being I didn’t drink. Another issue was after a long day of travel we couldn’t get to our room because it was raining and they made us wait in the lobby for 1 hour because the walkway wasn’t covered. I went to a Hyatt Ziva in Mexico and even though it was a much smaller resort it was a better vacation!

I loved the resort! My fiancé and I had a great time. The resort was beautiful, pool was great, drinks were good and strong and food options were great we met amazing couples. Liked the daily housekeeping and cleanliness of rooms. The stocks fridge everyday was great as well. I only wish the entertainment was better on the adult side at night. We had to go to the Ziva side to enjoy good entertainment. Also for my fiancé birthday they were suppose to have a bottle of champange and a cupcake and they brought a merlot and carrot cake. But we are thankful. Overall great resort!

It’s great for family. The adult side really didn’t give the adult resort feel. It closed down most nights around 10, including the pool. That’s my only complaint… all the fun and events seemed to be going on on the family side all night long until 2 am… but the adult side had singers that you could sit and listen to, paint and sip, but that’s all we ran into and we were in the room right over the lobby so I’d be surprised if we missed something. I would bring my kids back but my husband and I was looking for something more romantic/intimate that went with the name “adult resort” .. more mature or couple oriented games and events. The food was amazing… soo many bugs in the outdoor restaurants. Jamaican Roots was soo delicious I just wish they had an indoor/inside section… that homemade ginger beer was sooo good but the bugs kept falling in it and after awhile I just decided to drink it anyway lol gross, I know but I love ginger and it was sooo good. My husband, on the other hand, passed me his drink. The oxtail meal was good but not many oxtails.. I should’ve ordered two plates I’m happy with my visit there! I would’ve loved a spa day but it was $$$ …. $80 pedicure $200 massage after I spent $5k for an all-inclusive resort for 4 days .. uhhmm no I’ll pass. Choicez Buffet was great. Nadesha makes great raw smoothies.. Union Jacks amazing, Jevaughn and Chantel B made my nights at the bar fun there! There needs be more for the early birds

We had a great experience at Hyatt Zilara this past week. Our king swim up suote was nicely decorated, very clean and the building location was perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was good. Some of the restaurants werent open everyday and with most of them serving both Ziva and Zilara reservations were difficult, however room service remedied that inconvenience for us. Would definitely go back.

Everything was perfect except the lighting in the bathroom is very dim. I also called maintenance to fix the door chain on my entry door for security and they never came, so I put a chair against the door for security; only because it was just me and my sister.

The staff was amazing front the ladies at the front desk i can't remember their names. But Shawn at the grill, Leonardo hospitality, theresa from the spa was amazing. I can't thank them enough and im looking forward to returning.

This property was great!! The grounds were always maintained, the pool was clean, the staff were very accommodating and super nice and everyone I encountered went out of their way to ensure we had whatever we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a great resort with amenities and activities to do all around. Staff was kind and attentive. The food overall was alright, but the drinks were very good and definitely refreshing. Every night there was something to do or see!

went late August 2023. Some glitches but overall a very nice resort. Friendly staff and the food is good. The only drawback is the beach.
