It’s was good service from managers, Can improve in certain areas

The property was well maintained and beautiful. This was my second time here and overall love the resort. I utilized most of the services offered on the resort. The massage was great and well needed. We had a photo session with Jason and he was great! Also the wait staff is fantastic especially the wonderful man at the omelette station Sylvester. Chadene was helpful while planning my anniversary dinner and my son 16th birthday celebration. Overall the resort was great. Only reason it was not rated excellent was due to an unfortunate incident with someone trying to get into my mom room the last night of her stay. She was not happy on how the situation was handled and neither was I after hearing of this. Was definitely disappointed because my mom was on this resort because of me. Please do better making sure you respond in a timely manner when someone calls with an emergency.

This resort is absolutely gorgeous!! I loved the grounds and the omelette station was the highlight of this resort. The pros: it’s beautiful, has a spa that is a few feet from the ocean or in the cabana near the ocean…loved it!! Most waiting staff was helpful and did an outstanding job! Resort offers free transportation to Main Street. Cons: My safety was not a priority !! The person in the adjacent room tried to break in my room through the joining door. The voice on the other side of the door told me they were trying to get in my room. It was midnight when this occurred .My mother who is a senior citizen was in my room and was terrified. She called the front desk while I held the door. After 15 minutes I called again. Staff seemed nonchalant. I finally got a manager to come to the room who seemed to careless. He called me later to tell me that the person who was in the room trying to get in was very apologetically and was trying to see the people who she heard in the room. This makes No Sense!!! It did to the manager and I had to convince him to move us. He grudgingly did it! This is a problem, no matter how beautiful the resort was. Also, I would like to add that booking a massage was more difficult than it should have been. Audrey was very helpful and pleasant, but the lady who was sitting next to her, she was there every day at the spa desk was useless!! She seemed annoyed by our presence and was unable to answer basic questions without getting an attitude.

When I first arrived, everyone got a welcome drink except my party. The receptionist noticed and told she was getting it, come back with nothing. We went and grabbed our own after a while. No cold towels. And I did see it being passed around to a different group. I was going to do an excursion and was in the shower washing my hair, the water stopped. I had soap and shampoo all over me. Called the reception and they told me they would send me water gallons to finish my shower so I wouldn’t be late for my pickup. No water was sent to my room. I had to wash my face with a bottle a had and tried to add conditioner on top of the shampoo but guess what.. no conditioner. Thank goodness 2 minutes before going down the water came back and I quickly rinsed my hair and had to run to the reception area to get my shuttle.

The property was not what I was expected, the room in particular we paid for ocean front view 2 king beds and it looked gorgeous on line, but in reality the room was small, it did not have a couch as it was in the picture, actually it looked as it was taken away from the room, empty spot, the balcony was small. Lots of things were not as we expected, the small room, the small balcony, the safe to place your items secure, it was more like on a go safe, anyone can pick it up and take it to their home, if I may say. The safe was not inside the wall, it was a safe anyone can pick it up, how secure is that ? I say no type of security at all. The furniture stunk like old feet, as it has never been cleaned with any products at all. The fridge was small and the bathroom was sort of small, the bathroom door was not properly placed, the door was so closed to the toilet, that to go in you had to maneuver going in and closing the door after you placed yourself on toilet, it was so inconvenient. The room only had one garbage can and we had to ask for an additional one as we had garbage from drinks and the bathroom garbage was not big enough for the entire room. We went back to the front desk about the room disappointment and basically they didn't even provided us with a perk or two to make up for the disappointment. "Very sad" for sure, the garbage can took about a day to get one, the room did not have a iron, we had to ask for one and the safe was just not secure at all.

The staff there are always amazing, super friendly and professional! I’ve been here twice now and highly recommend this place to anyone! Especially if food at your resort is coming that you value! The buffet never misses! It’s a great location too because you never have to travel too long to get to excursions or airport. Highly recommended once again! Also the lazy river is super fun! Will def be back

This hotel was excellent. The food was exceptionally amazing. The choices from Jamaican, Mediterranean, Indian and others was great. The staff was kind and very happy to help with any little thing you asked. Definitely returning soon. Thank you Hilton Rose Hall.

This was our first time in Jamaica and we loved it. What really stands out is how friendly and helpful the staff is. We will definitely go back.

Rooms are outdated, but the property I amazing! The staff was great! We had a wonderful vacation!
